Bucs (4-6) at Falcons (6-4) The Falcons have figured out what works on offense , the falcs defense is playing better and looking to enter Superbowl tournament. The Bucs without Winston is a shadow of a good team. Expect a close game until the end when the Falcons pull away with big plays and strong defense.

Browns(0-10) at Bengals (4-6) The battle of Ohio ? Well if cleveland had a team and a solid quarterback. The Bengals are playing better and fighting for that last spot for the wild card. It will be close because the browns will be fired up but as time goes by and better play by the Bengals , the bengals pull away and win easily at home.

TITANS (6-4) at COLTS ( 3-7) The Titans have a solid running game and a quarterback that is figuring out to pass and through when needed. Mariota is a beast when playing well and the Titans are hard to come back on once they get that lead and start running the ball to dominate the time of possesion game. The Colts are good when they have a solid quarterback , but don't trust that defense and they dont have the weapons to compete with the Titans.. Hard hitting game but Titans have too many weapons on offense for the Colts to worry about. Its that time of the year players decide to make business decisions, ???not get hurt , think about staying healthy and whats left to play for. 
??Everything rides with Titans..

BILLS (5-6) at CHIEFS (6-4) The bills return to Tyrod Taylor , its too bad he cant play defense, the chiefs have struggled why? Simple trick plays dont last a whole season and Alex Smith factor, he cant or wont throw in tight coverage and thus teams are playing tighter on the run game and pass game, the chiefs are nervous because the chargers are playing alot better than me. The pressure is on.. it will be a close game but its hard to win at KC if you dont have a good defense. But the bills have the upset of the week because the chiefs offense is awful..

DOLPHINS(4-6) at PATRIOTS (8-2) The dolphins lost cutler to concussion and so does their season, the Pats , love them or hate them have Captain America in Tom Brady , despite his age and injury issues , the Pats usually dont lose at home , if the fins could score , I would give them a chance but they dont have the weapons to compete..

PANTHERS (7-3) at JETS (4-6) When Cam Newton is happy the panthers are unbeatable , I know the jets have lost close games , but the Panthers have a better defense and offense and have something to play for.. The jets are in the hunt but they have to play perfect to win this game I dont see it happening. Panthers win easliy..

BEARS (3-7) at EAGLES ( 9-1) The bears finally have their qb , but they are facing the leagues best team , The eagles are playing at a higher level and Carson Wentz is my choise for MVP for this year. Plus the double trouble beast at running backs is unmatched. The dynamic duo of Blount and Ajayi could be the X factor that runs them to the Superbowl !!

SEAHAWKS (6-4) at 49ers(1-9) The hawks are hurting on defense and now relying on Russel Wilson 88 % of the offense to win. I dont think he needs to do that in this game , just play steady and mistake free and get a solid victory to get back on track. As for the niners, They have a good qb in garrapalo, but are holding him back. Doesnt make sense ? But its been that kind of year for the nfl ,,no figure league and the 49ers trading for qb in a losing year? 

BRONCOS(3-7) at RAIDERS (4-6) These two teams are a mess , they both fire coordinators! They need to fire some of these players. Its too late to fix the issues both teams have. I'm sure this has caused turmoil. So which team overcomes them? Its hard to pick raiders because they make bone headed decisions like flying in a day before the game in high altitude. Then firing a coach that cant fix the limits on defense.. This will be a low scoring ugly game and I'm picking the Broncos with the ex raider coordinator finding and picking apart the raider defense. The broncos defense will be fired up and play better,,

SAINTS (8-2) at RAMS (7-3) The best match up this week, two teams that can run , can pass and play defense, In a shoot out it goes to the saints and brees, in a ball control low scoring game I like the Rams.. but I see a combination of both with the Rams pulling a late win with the Gurley show being too much for the saints defense. Brees will make it fun , but the Rams will win this home game /!!

JAGUARS (7-3) at CARDINALS (4-6) this could be a low scoring slug fest , both teams like to run and both teams have good defenses, the Jags are good when the defense gets turnovers. I dont see many in this game. The cards have a better offense and they will win this home game and expose the average quarterback play of Bortles.. he doesn't or have shown the ability to win games late on his own... upset special.....

SUNDAY NIGHT "
PACKERS (5-5) at STEELERS (8-2) The pack is in trouble , Hundley will be overwhelmed by the steelers defense especially if they get a lead and force hundley to throw.. To beat steelers you have to score and have to play defense, the pack do neither. Its a lousy Sunday night game , but it will be fun to warch leveon bell and Big Ben throw to Antonio brown, expect a lopsided beat down on the flawed packers.. 

MONDAY NIGHT 
TEXANS (4-6) at RAVENS (5-5) The ravens are relying on their defense to win games , the Texans have a better run and pass game and they will play a solid game and simply pass to take lead and run late to protect lead. Joe flacco has not been impressive and makes foolish decisions like running and sliding late. It wont be exciting , but it wont be a blow out, it will be close but the texans will play better and creep back into the play off hunt while the ravens with no offense begin to fall back with the other teams in the afc with no offense, dolphins , jets,, bills ? 

These are my picks based on qb play or lack of and other intangibles, like i said changing coaches this late in the season wont change play on the field but will make it exciting with players being confused and trying to play through a dreadful season. Paxton Lynch vs lousy raiders defense is my upset special.. Having Musgrave former raider coach will help lynch pick apart a disorganized and hurt defense , the raiders are a emotional team and firing their beloved coach is a minor mutiny on defense , like the o line has done to Derek Carr. 
    Well enjoy this weeks games and watch for some upsets and some weird happenings. But the true good teams will win and the losers are making business decisions to stay healthy and not get hurt!

Chargers dominate Cowboys Thanksgiving day 2017..

  Happy Thanksgiving day to everyone! 

   Well the San Diego opps LA Chargers dominate , humiliate , embarrass the boys in the Palace in Dallas. Its was crazy how the announcers Tony Romo , the referee and the Dallas public announcer keep saying the San Diego Chargers, but it is what it is. But back to the game. '

   First off it was the least competitive game of the day , and had some unreal events like missed field goals , missed extra points , the chargers had a punter even miss the the punting net on the sidelines , no wonder the chargers went on it 4th and 13 yards,, I mean it was kind of scary for Bolt fans when Rivers three for almost 200 yards in the first half and only have a 3-0 lead. But the cowboys is a team that got blown out by the Redskins , Eagles and that's division rivals , you expect closer scores because you play them all the time? But the boys since losing their superstar running back Zeke Elliot, its crazy how one great athlete can make a difference but he has? 

    Why ? is the simple question , but My humble observations is that Zeke masked or hid the many flaws the boys had even last year when they went 13-3.. 

  with the running ability of zeke. the boys could run the clock down, they can control the tempo of the game and dak could do play action and have simpler reads down the field because defenses were so scared of the run game , it set them up for so many easy reads and big plays. Just like the Raiders of last year . Now take away run games and teams know how to press coverage the boys and raiders and we have two teams that are struggling. Both teams need time of possession leads and leads in a game to maintain their defense. The boys defense needed less time on the field to play with passion and emotion, but losing Sean Lee took away the heart and soul of the defense. Just like zeke not dak is the heart and soul of the offense. Its clear their back up running backs are not elliot and dez bryant is a jump and leap catcher not a good route runner , like keenan allen ,, stats don't lie,, Allen outplayed and out did the cowboys on his own.. But for charger fans it was fun to watch,, 

   Now Can this Charger team make the playoff?

     Playoffs? I know this team hasn't done that since the first year of the Mike Mcoy era.. some 4-5 years ago,, But this team has lost so many close games, never been blown out. They have played great defense and the offense has played steady with less turnovers and mistakes. The Issues this year has been special teams ,missed field goals against broncos and dolphins and failure to close out game against jaguars , could of made this 5-6 team a 8-3 team? But enough of what if? 

     The Bolts have a easy schedule the next five games . win less Browns and mediocre and beat up Redskins at home then travel to the suddenly average Chiefs with a bad pass defense , then play the no identity jets at new york and finish with the feisty and Raiders with the worst pass defense in the league. Let me say this the Bolts have a great shot at winning out . 10-6 is good enough  for a wild card spot and even a division crown with help from other division teams beating the chiefs down the stretch... Anything is possible in today's NFL , the no figure league. I mean The Patriots have lost twice at home and the Chiefs looked like killers earlier the season , only to be leading by 2 games with five to play? Never to say never in this league, we have seen blown leads late in games , we have seen bad teams beat good teams and we have seen an 0-4 team , fight back to be 5-6 and in the hunt for a division title and or wild card spot? Go figure? 

  Last words, the Chargers made their only Dallas thanksgiving invite a dominating and explosive showcase, and I think no more invites for another 50 years , at least not from the cowboys, maybe the lions will invite the chargers or redskins , but I doubt the boys want to beat down by the surfer beach boys from SOCAL!! Nice efforts by the Chargers , Rivers and Allen were amazing , almost like watching Montana to rice back in the day.. and watching that defense pressure and dominate the boys was amazing to watch. Maybe just maybe the Chargers will make the play offs and do something special..?  lets see what happens , I know alot of the charger fans are hating on this team for leaving and still feel betrayed by the owner, but the players are still playing hard and if anything has taken the adversity at home games and have this US vs them mentality and its working, the defense looks like they are having fun and making things happen and the offense has finally found that formula of passing to set up the run game and taking a lead and protecting it with late game runs that run out the clock and protect the lead and the defense. In other words complimentary offense helps defense, by running the clock and resting the defense , you help both teams excel at their craft. At least that's what I see based on the last 5 games played. It has been a great blend of short passing with timely running to break down a defense and rest up their own to keep them rested , fresh and ready to dominate the opposing team.  Now the Chargers need to maintain this formula of winning , stay healthy and keep the mistakes down and this team.. Can not only make the play offs but make some noise against the Patriots , Steelers , and Jaguars , Chiefs who I expect to be in the playoffs.

Happy Veterans Day 2017,,,

Happy Veterans Day 2017.. Inspired by life..

    I would Like to Say Happy Veterans Day to all living and not , who have fought and served this great country we call the United States of America. The one thing more than anything else about my 20 years plus of military service , that I miss is the friendships and comaraderie, I had with all my shipmates , Marines , Airman and Soldiers I served with , the multi service commands I was a part of the ships with Marines onboard , the Navy seals we took to dangerous lands.  But we all enjoyed the idea we had a mission in life which was protect one another, no matter what! I know we often teased or talked shit about one another , but we are brothers when the enemy was concerned. I know the times we had to take dead or wounded members , it hurt every time we did this. We never took anyone's lives for granted,, I know publicly we were supermen, but inside , we cried and died each time we had to bring dead members on board, one thing is the smell of death is like no other smell in life,, Yea you can say it smells like shit , but its even deeper than that , but as Veterans of foreign wars we moved on and carried on , despite the death and misery we saw every day and every operation we partook in. I know many of you can never imagine or really want to. I wish i could forget , because many times at night I cant sleep because of the death and suffering I saw throughout my career. The suicides , the friendly fire , the accidents that happen will never leave my mind, and because of that everytime I hear the National Anthem and see the American Flag wave, I take honor for what that means to me. I have no arguments with protesters , but kneeling , or holding arms or not paying proper tribute really burns me up , Maybe I,n brain washed maybe I.m too patriotic, but I saw too many bad things happen in my life to give the flag the honor it deserves because not only military members die in conflict .. Remember 9/11 all those killed were innocent civilians who gave their life for this country and because of that day Everything changed for better or worse. So on this Veterans day take time to thank a Veteran , a retiree because we did it for love of this country and a purpose , only serving can provide, One of the greatest heroes is the Late Pat Tillman who played for the Arizona Cardinals and turned down millions to become a Army Ranger.. TO me,, he worthy of all the honor and pride a true hero deserves.. May God Bless our current military and those Veterans who have served this wonderful country we call The United States of America !!
