The Money Team ! TMT , What a business man? I mean, he's a great marketer. What do I mean? Well he has great boxing and defensive skills, but he took his skills to a new level. By honing on taking less shots over a entire career and getting paid more than any other boxer in boxing history,, Yes.More than Muhammad Ali ,or Sugar Ray Leonard and Mike Tyson..he developed, created the Money Man, the cash flow , the show off. the American dream? I know he flaunts his success, his money and cars and such like a spoiled brat,, and we the fans hate that?
Are you serious? I mean,, as much as we may like his arrogance or bad attitude, we would trade places with him in a second,, well as far as the wealth is concerned,, getting punched in face for the past 20 plus years .. is painful.. I know I used to box as a youth and in my days,, it hurts,, to get punched In the face or nose,, I have a big one and it hurts when it gets whacked many times in a fight.
Now back to mayweather. He has picked and choose his opponents,, Well,, guess what that's what all boxers do. There is no NFL type round robin system where you eventually play every team in the league within a time frame and keep that cycle going. In boxing,, you study opponents, you see if your style meshes with his and you fight.. Thus Mayweather has been prefect in his selections,, he doesnt fight anyone unless he believes he can win..
Now the timing of fighting Pacman.. He believes he can win, Vegas believes , big time gamblers and loyal fans,, and why not? He has never lost,, that's a big advantage for him ,because he has no doubts about his ability to win, he finds ways to win, Even in fights where he was challenged namely Castillo and Judah.. he may have been hurt and stung early,, but once he figures you out,, he;\'s untouchable.. Yes, I know he's irritating and so disrespectful to his opponents, his wearing of Filipino colors , flags when he works out.. if anything makes me laugh, but that's me.. He wants to rattle his opponent he wants to anger you,play mind games, , but based on pacmans attitude,, its business as usual.. He continues to work out hard, garner more fans with his good guy personality and non trash talker,, While Money man,, continues to be what he is,, a self promoting, ego maniac that believes he is the sport and for the past 20 years he has.. No matter how you feel about him.. He is the richest prize fighter and this fight Will be the biggest grossing fight in history,, even though it might be 5-6 years too late,, or that their styles may not create a great fight ,, Like a Ali vs.Frazier, or Leonard Vs Hearns, Or Tyson vs. Spmks? I mean,, all indications show this will be a hell of fight , but we have seen blowouts,, nothing surprises me anymore, nothing in life or sports,, I'm always ready for a upset or predictable ending,,,
My take on Mayweather. He knew from that get go of his career, that punching it out may be exciting for the fans, but exposes him to punches and damage..something he secretly doesn't like. When it comes to toe to toe exchanges..he rather stick and move, or punch and grab,,, a ali technique.. he's a very smart and wise fighter. He will pick and choose when he Will engage and there Will be a time when he will have to exchange punches based on age,, the legs can't dance or move for 12 rounds.. He doesn't roll from punches like he used to and he doesn't throw as many punches as he used to do, if he really threw many in the first place.??. Mayweather is a street wise guy,, he knows when to bluff, call your bluff and talk his way out of situations,, whatever its punching out a security guard or ray ricing his girl,,, He knows what to do?! Do I admire him? Why not, he has the perfect record, he has all the cars I would love to have,he dresses cool and has confidence.. Yea, he turns people off. but he's a American dude , with that American thought process is that Americans rule..whether its sports figures, movies , music, muscle cars,, those things spell American Pride.. I know he just rubs me the wrong way,,?! But in boxing,, probably more than any other sport,,Once you get in the ring,, It exposes you if your real?1 If your a true fighter that has really put in his time to develop and create a style that is unbeatable , and not just having a greatly selected boxing schedule or having techniques used and abused against fighters with heart , but lack the mind set or physical ability to deal with him.. mayweather love him or hate him,, he is a American Success story.. He always come into fights in shape, he has the greatest cars you can imagine, and knows how to dress .. to show off success. Now if I were a successful boxer .. like him...,would I act like that? I say why not..? I mean,, Does it matter the fans like me, ?/ does it matter the boxing peers like me., does it matter ? In his world,, the only thing that matters is money, and who ever I hurt or disrespect hate me,, so be it.. Who cares? Its Mind over matter. I don't mind because you don't matter. Hey my take is if he's truly happy with the way he acts, than so be it, to each is own., But back to my premise,, Karma is a bitch than you die..!! Remember that trash talking louder than life , larger than life Muhammad Ali. My idol.. He used to demean and disrespect grown men calling them apes, gorilla's, rabbits , bears.. washer woman.. the bleeder etc.. It was funny if you were his fan, but very annoying and disrespectful to the man and their families,,These were grown men for goodness sake.. Well karma ,, came back to haunt Ali. now Ali , is a shell of what he used to be,,sad to say... I know the disease and such is what attributed to his condition,, But I also think,, karma. may not get you now,, its later in life,, that may curse you or finally condemn you for your deeds.. Now for mayweather.. He's problems with relationships,with the law, with his money spending,, will probably catch up with him.. It usually does , Many fighters , make alot, but they forget to save and invest.. For mayweather , he's enjoying his success and very much deserved, he took the time and effort to become a great fighter and market himself that people paid and bet on him to lose,, What a genius.. ? I mean,, people do that.,, People hate successful arrogant , people ,, they love underdogs,, until they become too cocky , become to great.. In mayweather, he has built a image of invincibility and money , wealth , fame and I don't give a shit what you people think.. ?! If you don't like what I say than don't listen, if you don't like what I do,, than find a fighter to kick my ass.. !! Come May 2nd 2015 .. The world will find out if all these years of building and creating this image, is really truly a image that is unbeatable.. Because my take, if I really truly believed I was the best , I would fight the best fighters at their prime..not years later , and knockout later to finally say" Ok Lets fight!" .. Boxing doesn't always give us the best fights , but this one could be interesting because .. We have a confident , trash talking money making machine , vs, the true challenger , the true underdog all his life.. No one believes in this little guy from a 3rd world country that speaks broken English with a smile,, So humble, so giving and so likable,, But boxing is a not a movie or a story book ending.. Boxing ,, showcases the truth.. the fighter that really wants to win and willing to take chances and have more heart than the other guy will determiner the winner of this fight.. We all expect that . but don't be surprised we see a slow paced fight ala leonard vs hearns 2 , leonard vs hagler.. great marquee names , that fought past their prime,, but like true boxing fans,, we are suckers , and we are hopeful , wishful that the hype will match the fight.. But I'm guessing or predicting something in between, where we will see talented fighter with pride ,have some spirited rounds and some drama , but may well end up as close and controversial decision that will leads us talking about the injustices and unfairness of boxing. But the talk of rematch , and starting this crazy circus again,, because it can and probably will happen, but then again,,?? Maybe not,, Like life, boxing has drama, has ups and downs, and often times just confuse everyone why things happen? Its just life. When you some lives and dies are not predictable most of the time. expect the unexpected and expect to be shocked.. !?! Because boxing and life always seem to punch you in face and wake you up to unimaginable endings.. But that's why we love this sport,, Anything can happen and that's why we watch any sports.. We want to see the car crashes, the fumbles, the knockouts , that moment in time that creates memories that define our timeline and lives.. Until my next sports blog have a great day !

NFL - NOTHING FOR LOYALTY.. INSPIRED BY THE SAN DIEGO CHARGERS...
NFL= NOTHING FOR LOYALTY - INSPIRED BY THE SAN DIEGO CHARGERS..
The league is changing in front of our eyes, the days of players playing for one team is diminishing,, I mean Brett \Favre other than a Packer was unreal, but it happened or Jerry Rice retiring as a sea hawk? Or Manning being other than a colt.. Well its the sign of the times... Fantasy football coming to real life.. I mean.. Its like GM'S could care less if fans have a passion for a player,, These days its all about the $ and what can you do for me now.. No more loyalty and the The Chargers are no different , From Jr Seau, to Rodney Harrison, to Vincent Jackson,sproles and LT and one of my favorites Drew Brees.. Those guys were the face of the franchise and what do the chargers do? Look for the younger player.. Well Guess what? It hasn't worked.. Harrison, Brees, etc. have gone on to win Superbowl,s and the the replacements,,, Lets see Jr seau.. Merriman maybe? But he's gone and no Superbowl appearance.. Harrison. maybe weddle,, But Harrison was a true beast,, Now Vincent Jackson,, I love Allen, but he's no Vincent Jackson when it comes to long bombs.. Now sproles,, Oliver,,, maybe but not as fast or elusive., LT. never. Cryan Ryan Mathews. was just a tease ad never panned out? Drew Brees I was very upset when they let him go for Rivers.. Not taking anything away from Rivers. But Brees was the heart and soul along with LT and Coach Marty.. if the chargers were smart and not so cheap.?. A Superbowl ring could of happened.. ??But the chargers like the whole history tells us. They don't like paying the big bucks!!,,, But at times,, when you have the team that has it all,,?! Then go for it!!,, As charger fans,, we know how hard it is to get there?!?! .. and for the chargers to think about going after the young kid Mariota.. Just goes to show,, they are looking for the future,, In my opinion. they are saying,, Rivers has done what he can do.?! We know what he has done, and since the 2007 AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME loss to the Patrots,, despite knee surgery ,, before the game he lost to Tom Brady and the bunch.. Rivers has been great at times !?, and horrible during the clutch.?! . He's best year was when Whisenhunt was offensive coordinator,, who is now head coach of the Tennessee Titans,, which is miles away from Rivers family homes and roots,,,, Makes sense for him to go there? Why? Its home and anyone that has a true home Town.. nothing beats home,, I know I have lived in Oakland,, never considered that home, Long Beach same thing.. Seattle Washington, Norfolk Va, Pensacola Florida , Corpus Christi Texas.. But home is San Diego/ Temecula areas. My family is around those areas and I love the SO CAL vibe,, the car shows,, the beaches ,mountains , lakes,, the open roads,, its home, so it makes sense for rivers,,
Next reason why the Titans make a great fit for Rivers.. The Titans have been the door mats in their division, for years.., What better way to bring in a star name player like Rivers , who is from the area.. It would make the Titans instant contenders in my book. It makes sense for the team and rivers.. So don't be surprised,, because I thought Brees and LT would retire as chargers and Harrison would too,., But as time and history tells us.. The chargers are not into loyalty.. which is ok.. But come on now?!,, Atleast win the big game,!!, Because all the moves they have made suck,,!!, The Chargers are lords of no rings,, and I hate the NFL when they made a documentary about that.. The Missing rings,, and the chargers are the head liners for that!!
My take..I feel the chargers are really interested in Mariota why? Because they sent almost everyone to watch this kid work out.. They have spoken with the Titans,, I know its not possible?! .. But didn't the chargers trade picks with NY giants.. to get rivers,!!, How odd how karma works out.. What happened years ago, when the Chargers traded picks to get rivers and the bolts had two qbs in brees and rivers,, and the drama started and it affected the team.. In fact it caused the demise of Coach Marty's departure.. The GMS; and head coaches , live and depend on the teams qb,, Lets face it,, Rivers is not their guy, and if your going to preach you style.. and livelihood , your gonna stick with a qb that fits your style. Rivers , is the last of the drop back pocket passer,, The league is evolving,,and Your gonna see more qbs that can throw , run , in other words be more athletic.. its just evolution, and the chargers want to follow that trend,,, mariota just fits the mold on what the chargers are heading too.. The AFC west in transition,, and believe it or not the Oakland Raiders have set the trend with a young stud qb and a up and coming defense,, The rest of the teams are adjusting,, Its gonna be a interesting year in the AFC west and don't be surprised we see a new AFC WEST CHAMPION,, and it might be a team that has been cellar dwellers for years.. Just saying. The Raiders are coming ad the other AFC WEST teams are responding.. NFL =nothing for loyalty,,, I know the chargers appreciate what Rivers has done, but they are looking to the future,, Creating a new fan base, moving to another city? Starting anew.. I know LA only wants champion's,, but the Lakers are rebuilding or fading? The Clipppers are just teasers, The Dodgers... are contenders , and the USC AND UCLA teams are always in the mix ,, Perhaps the Chargers could be a viable option for a LA market that has many millions of people that are willing to spend their money if you win.. Its a sobering thought for charger fans,,but??
Why is Rivers saying I wont sign an extension or contract after the season,, ? It makes you wonder if the chargers are really going to stay in San Diego,, Rivers is no bluffer!!,, he wears his emotions on his face always,, and by him saying he's done or he has no plans to play in LA.. just makes me wonder if he really knows whats happening,, I know the chargers are not happy with his grumblings,, But action speak louder than words.. Mariotta had a personal dinner and work outs wirh the chargers and talks with the Titans that have the 2nd pick..?!1 Just makes you wonder.. we all know theres back talk and unseen negotiations in life,, its just reality,, perhaps, we are seeing the changing of the guard and a new direction for the chargers,, for better or worse,,?!?1 As fans,, we can only wait and see, But like I said,, the actions of the chargers dictate , they are going to make a draft day trade , and make mariota the new face of the franchise and perhaps build a fan base in la , THAT could embrace a young kid that has that so cal kind of look,, He is a marquee player and could develop a fan base in so cal, BECAUSE OF HIS COLLEGE DAYS.. ,,Its just something to ponder? ,, on hump day April 15, 2015.. My techniques for job Interviews. Based on Past experiences. April 2015..
First of all i want to thank you for reading my sports blogs, my financial blogs and of course the life experience's and Sports blogs..
Now after retiring from the Armed forces,, Conducting or doing interviews ,, is a new things. Sure the military has their sailor of the year interviews and qualification boards,, But Civilian life is different.
Based on experience I had to learn the hard way, like over dressing for the job, or over qualified for positions applied, talking more about what I have done,, instead of what I can do for your company,, If anyone has ever worked with me, gone to school or just know who I am..? I'm a over the top, outspoken, in your face kind of guy. Cocky , perhaps, but if your confident about your abilities,, so be it? I mean,, society is funny, we like confident people but not too Much We love humvble people but then again .. not too much.. So the key is to have balance in your resumes, cover letters and your APPEARANCE AND demeanor..
1) Before anything else, research the company your about to interview for? I mean .. here is what to look for?
Mission statements, you don't have to memorise it, but be familiar with their mission and culture..
What does the co do? and why? Look into what projects are coming up and read up on it.. Based on my last interview,, nothing looks or sounds better than a new employee that has taken the time to research the company and be familiar with whats going on?
On my last interview.. believe it or not,, I spent more time about things I read and heard about the Company and incorporate the mission statement and present projects the company is involved in I can tell they were impressed with my enthusiasm and of course my attention to detail.. My take is that they are thinking if he or she has taken the time to research and get to know whats the company is about, Thats a winner for a employee,, In other words,, we found a team player that understands what the team needs. Believe me,, they were happy ,, at the interview..
In addtion , I explained what I can offer to the he company,, ok,, the technical skills I acquired in the military but my soft skills, like getting along with people, always helping others get better and the ability to adapt to duties and schedules. They may not say it , but they love when candidates volunteer info like that..
Just remember, they have read your resumes , and done their back ground checks,, etc,., The interview is the selling point,,, you have to sell yourself,, why?
The idea of a interview is to ensure I;m a good person to work with and I'm gonna be dependable and worthwhile to the company. They want to hear positive vibes about what you are,,,, Just think about it.. Do you want to work with unfriendly people,, No of course not,. You have to blend in and you have to be able to adapt to the work cultures..
Now dressing for the Interview's.
1) if its a corporate job with tie and suit requirements , then wear that,, If a warehouse, usually , casual pants and a polo shirt will work,, But the best advice is visit the work place one day , or look at their websites, you can get an idea what they wear ,??, and most of all, Be comfortable in what your wearing,,, Going out buying new shirts and pants , that are still stiff,, can make you look stiff. In other words,, dress the part!!
In addition , ask questions when they ask for for some questions, anything about the company is the best bet,, !! Asking about pay and time off or what is not a good sign. Instead ask about whats the future projects of the company , it shows you CARE ad enthusiastic about the company,, In other words,, more about the company and what you can do with your technical and soft skills,, Forget about the qualifications you received from the Military,, Its not that they are unimpressed, they want to know what can you do for me lately? They want to know what skill sets you have that the others don't have,, Yes, you have to sell your value to the company.. Like I said the interview is more about getting to know you,, is he a happy guy, is he enthusiastic ,,? Those qualities are what employers are looking for,!!, Because we all know they love people that are always happy and putting out a positive vibe.. because when that happens based on my experiecne,, the work seems easy and time goes faster because your having fun..!! If I was hiring a employee, I;m looking for the skills of course , but I want a great attitude and a enthusiastic person that can get people to work and be happy. If anything I feel I showcased all those items listed..
My take:
1) Research the company your applying for:
Mission statement
Values :
Future Projects or awards given to Company.
2) research what they wear at work.. Then wear that at the Interview.. Remember , you don't want to over dress, and if not sure, than slacks and button down collared shirt with tie is a great touch..
3) Have all your resumes, certs and qualifications ready , but don't present it unless asked for,,
4) Turn off of just leave the phone ,, in car.. You don't want it to ring or alarms going of,,, It happened to me,, they said that's ok,, But I can tell it was a turn off and I didn't get the job,, even though I thought I did.. ?!?!
5) Talk about what you can do for the company , and not what have you done.. ? Emphasize your technical skills that apply to the position applied and also mention your soft skills, like ability to lead people. ability to adapt to unpredictable scenarios and always smile.. !
6) Talk about what you know about the company and the position applied for and ask questions about the position and company,, it shows that your a caring person and that you want to learn a the job quickly. Show enthusiasm and always smile and look them in the eye. They want to see that your sincere , honest and likable.. Most people who are happy and joyful, look at you and smile alot..
Lastly, always thank them , Shake their hands and tell them you appreciate taking time out of their busy day. Be sincere, and be thoughtful and considerate,, all qualities that are lost in today's generation. Believe me,, it can sway the bar on your side if you show respect ,courtesy and honesty,, because we often do not see that in today's high tech world..
I hope these tips help you or someone you know doing job searches and scheduling job interviews.. If anything, Be yourself, and let that be your calling card. remember they want to get to know you, if you asking questions and showing enthusiasm,, those are great signs that a employer is looking for..
Don't be nervous or scared , juts relax, share your attitude with them and sell yourself,, Many people think the resumes, cover letters and certifications should be enough. First of all i want to thank you for reading my sports blogs, my financial blogs and of course the life experience's and Sports blogs..
Now after retiring from the Armed forces,, Conducting or doing interviews ,, is a new things. Sure the military has their sailor of the year interviews and qualification boards,, But Civilian life is different.
Based on experience I had to learn the hard way, like over dressing for the job, or over qualified for positions applied, talking more about what I have done,, instead of what I can do for your company,, If anyone has ever worked with me, gone to school or just know who I am..? I'm a over the top, outspoken, in your face kind of guy. Cocky , perhaps, but if your confident about your abilities,, so be it? I mean,, society is funny, we like confident people but not too Much We love humvble people but then again .. not too much.. So the key is to have balance in your resumes, cover letters and your APPEARANCE AND demeanor..
1) Before anything else, research the company your about to interview for? I mean .. here is what to look for?
Mission statements, you don't have to memorise it, but be familiar with their mission and culture..
What does the co do? and why? Look into what projects are coming up and read up on it.. Based on my last interview,, nothing looks or sounds better than a new employee that has taken the time to research the company and be familiar with whats going on?
On my last interview.. believe it or not,, I spent more time about things I read and heard about the Company and incorporate the mission statement and present projects the company is involved in I can tell they were impressed with my enthusiasm and of course my attention to detail.. My take is that they are thinking if he or she has taken the time to research and get to know whats the company is about, Thats a winner for a employee,, In other words,, we found a team player that understands what the team needs. Believe me,, they were happy ,, at the interview..
In addtion , I explained what I can offer to the he company,, ok,, the technical skills I acquired in the military but my soft skills, like getting along with people, always helping others get better and the ability to adapt to duties and schedules. They may not say it , but they love when candidates volunteer info like that..
Just remember, they have read your resumes , and done their back ground checks,, etc,., The interview is the selling point,,, you have to sell yourself,, why?
The idea of a interview is to ensure I;m a good person to work with and I'm gonna be dependable and worthwhile to the company. They want to hear positive vibes about what you are,,,, Just think about it.. Do you want to work with unfriendly people,, No of course not,. You have to blend in and you have to be able to adapt to the work cultures..
Now dressing for the Interview's.
1) if its a corporate job with tie and suit requirements , then wear that,, If a warehouse, usually , casual pants and a polo shirt will work,, But the best advice is visit the work place one day , or look at their websites, you can get an idea what they wear ,??, and most of all, Be comfortable in what your wearing,,, Going out buying new shirts and pants , that are still stiff,, can make you look stiff. In other words,, dress the part!!
In addition , ask questions when they ask for for some questions, anything about the company is the best bet,, !! Asking about pay and time off or what is not a good sign. Instead ask about whats the future projects of the company , it shows you CARE ad enthusiastic about the company,, In other words,, more about the company and what you can do with your technical and soft skills,, Forget about the qualifications you received from the Military,, Its not that they are unimpressed, they want to know what can you do for me lately? They want to know what skill sets you have that the others don't have,, Yes, you have to sell your value to the company.. Like I said the interview is more about getting to know you,, is he a happy guy, is he enthusiastic ,,? Those qualities are what employers are looking for,!!, Because we all know they love people that are always happy and putting out a positive vibe.. because when that happens based on my experiecne,, the work seems easy and time goes faster because your having fun..!! If I was hiring a employee, I;m looking for the skills of course , but I want a great attitude and a enthusiastic person that can get people to work and be happy. If anything I feel I showcased all those items listed..
My take:
1) Research the company your applying for:
Mission statement
Values :
Future Projects or awards given to Company.
2) research what they wear at work.. Then wear that at the Interview.. Remember , you don't want to over dress, and if not sure, than slacks and button down collared shirt with tie is a great touch..
3) Have all your resumes, certs and qualifications ready , but don't present it unless asked for,,
4) Turn off of just leave the phone ,, in car.. You don't want it to ring or alarms going of,,, It happened to me,, they said that's ok,, But I can tell it was a turn off and I didn't get the job,, even though I thought I did.. ?!?!
5) Talk about what you can do for the company , and not what have you done.. ? Emphasize your technical skills that apply to the position applied and also mention your soft skills, like ability to lead people. ability to adapt to unpredictable scenarios and always smile.. !
6) Talk about what you know about the company and the position applied for and ask questions about the position and company,, it shows that your a caring person and that you want to learn a the job quickly. Show enthusiasm and always smile and look them in the eye. They want to see that your sincere , honest and likable.. Most people who are happy and joyful, look at you and smile alot..
Lastly, always thank them , Shake their hands and tell them you appreciate taking time out of their busy day. Be sincere, and be thoughtful and considerate,, all qualities that are lost in today's generation. Believe me,, it can sway the bar on your side if you show respect ,courtesy and honesty,, because we often do not see that in today's high tech world..
I hope these tips help you or someone you know doing job searches and scheduling job interviews.. If anything, Be yourself, and let that be your calling card. remember they want to get to know you, if you asking questions and showing enthusiasm,, those are great signs that a employer is looking for..

Thursday Thoughts - Be yourself.. Based on life experiences..
First of all I want to thank you for taking time in your busy life to read my blogs.
Now to my lessons learned. Based on my own life experiences, of course everyone has their own points of view , but based on how I have lived close to 50 years.. I found that..
No matter what, You have to be who you are. What do you mean? Its like this.. I know alot of us want to impress people with our knowledge and experiences,, But believe me, you cant know everything or experience everything.. you can't but we all see folks,?, that seem to know everything, experienced everything and have alot to say about it.. No not me. ? Ok.. enough of that..!! But what I',m saying is, what turns people off.? are fakes, phonies,, wanna be's,, etc.. Explain, ok.lets say you a avid bike rider and someone starts talking about biking,, but is actually talking about nothing,, and really knows nothing about biking or such.. Doesn't that turn you off>? To me , it does,, because, why do it? Attention seeking , insecure,. or just a plain ass attention grabber.. Probably all applies to them.. ?!?
But what I'm trying to say , is be you,,! and don't try to fake others by trying to be something your not,, ? I mean.. It might be embarrassing? ... , but it also can get you killed or hurt,, Explain...
Like your with surfers, and you tell them your a bad ass surfer and you go out there even though , first .... your not a great swimmer and you rarely if ever surfed.? In other words you can get hurt or killed by trying to be something or not,, That can apply to fighting,, and like I said that can get you hurt or killed.. !!
In essence,, without wasting too much time on every ones part, is simple..
What I do !!
1) Be your self,, wear the clothes you like , not what the crowd thinks its cool.
2) Talk the way you naturally speak.. if you use slang. that's ok.if your laid back.. that's ok.. but be yourself,, I know .../? What about professional settings..., well you can still use professional language and still be laid back? I say yes,, I would say I speak laid back California, but I can turn on the professional military like talk,, if that's possible? But anyways, just be yourself and don't try to be something your not,, In the short or Long run.. people will respect you better.
3) Be truthful and honest with people.. because if you lie and deceive people, they will figure you out, like you say I have been somewhere and talk about it and then you talk about it again, and its a totally different story,, believe me , there are people that remember everything you say,,, So if your telling the truth,, details will be similar..
4) Lastly, Being yourself also means, being consistent with your views , political, religious and sports wise,, once again,, people most,, don't like band wagon, folks, or attention grabbing people who root or support things just to get a rise our of people,, I mean we all have strong beliefs,, on things, but be true to those beliefs,, Don't just do things to rile people up.. In the long run.. People will respect you better , than a person , who is like a butterfly.. going from flower to flower,, it might seem cool at first, but a social butterfly person, gets old fast and breaks up bonds than create ones..
Ok.. I hope this has opened up your minds about life, and I hope it instills experiences that you may have had with fakes, social butterfly's and controversial people.. In the end, they will suffer , because they don't have a consistent mind set. I know its good to have a open mind at times, ?/But I also say open mind , means a empty one that doesn't want to takes sides or don't have true feelings about anyone or anythings,, A air head, a meat head, etc.. To me.. Its hard for me to believe no one has opinions about things,, ?/ Because you cant possibly like everything in life or you haven't had a bad experience with people ,places or food.. We all have, and that's what forms our opinions and perceptions on things,, Good or bad.. Everyone.. experiences life and based how we responded ,forms a opinion about that subject.. I know alot of people say, if it doesn't affect me,?? I don't need to be concerned with it,, Its how alot of people think,, But think again, that drunk driver or texter that doesn't pay attention and hits and kills you,, your gonna think, maybe I should of reported them or what.. Every time the cops or law enforcement jails a drunk driver , tickets a texter. I'm good with that because I we don't need careless fools out there, we have enough of them out there... !!
Last thoughts. Just be yourself and don't be influenced by trends and styles. I know when your young.!! But back in the day , I was a trend setter than a trend follower, I was the bar , instead of setting the bar, in other words, I was different!! , I was unique, sure some kids made fun or said things,, and i would talk trash back, or if it has too, Kick their ass on school breaks, lunch or after school. In other words. yesterday or even today..You don't have to ask me twice to fight,, in fact even if U think something is going down.. I'm on you,, that's how I was when I was young and That's how I am, now,, Nothing works better in the street , than the unexpected attack or defense and striking hard and fast.. It can saves one life.. Its a mindset ..I have and has carried me through 50 years and counting.. I know should I calm down or relax. I say// " When I die , that's when I can rest in peace" For now , I want to be as aggressive and out spoken on things that are important to me. I found people may not like what you feel about alot of things..., but at least they know where you stand? People that are too quiet , too nice , and you have no clue who they are.. ?/Those are the ones you need to be careful and lookout for,,!!Because you hear and see the news" Oh, he or she was a quiet and nice guy,, ?" Really, just waving to neighbors and smiling , but not interacting with them, then people don't really know you.. I'm not saying you need to talk to all your neighbors , but get to know a few if possible.. I know alot if not all my neighbors, but I know alot of them. I say hello,! hows everything,? , especially when i"m in the yard detailing black beauty... Ok.. enough said on the topic.. ! Have a great day and lesson is Be yourself, and be passionate about what you engage in.. For me,,, I'm a passionate person, if I'm not totally passionate about something , I'm not in,, but there are exceptions,, like shopping with the wife, attending ballet dance shows,, I have to please the better half at times,, because a happy wife is a happy wife,, I know.. Its better to sacrifice a little to gain alot. Because I have plenty of time to do what I enjoy , like reading , writing, researching and of course working out and driving around black beauty.. Its the little things in life I love and I try to do them the best I can.. Have a great day and be true to oneself.. that way..How can people understand you , if you don't understand what you stand for? Just a closing thought to ponder.. FURIOUS 7 - A tribute to Paul Walker..
Furious 7 - A tribute to Paul Walker.. Inspired by the whole Movie series!!
Wow, what a action packed all thrills alpha male movie!.. If your a guy or gal that loves action, on top of action, blowing up things. cars flying, bullets bouncing with excellent fight scenes,, Then this movie cured your fix..!! The fighting of Jason stratham and The Rock, and of course Tony Jaa and paul Walker was exciting and lets not forget Michele " Letty" They all put down a beat down.. And of course The cool cars. The Chargers, Challengers and Cuda's , never gets old.. But just seeing Paul Walker was even cooler. sure they had to adjust the movie because Paul passed away only after a couple months into shooting the movie, But they did a excellent job and it was worth the wait!!.. The ending if anything was probably the most heartfelt and dramatic ending of any action movie.. !!The beach scene was a nice calming down period after hours of action on the screen. It showed what the fast series has been pounding in our heads for the past 14-15 years.. family,, first,, and it was bitter sweet ending,, Because ,, the true star is Paul walker, but like anything in life,, we must go on.. We have to.. perhaps we the are other kids growing up and other people just getting to know about this movie series. At first , I was wondering if they were going to exploit Paul's death, but they did the best with what they did and created a story,,despite missing the Star. Perhaps the reason., We saw more car chase scenes, and fighting.. But it was if not the best of the series.. I'm biased towards fast five , because That's when I decided on what Muscle car to buy,, with the ending scene , with paul walkers.. Nissan GTR AND Vin Diesels.. challenger. I fell in love with that wide body Challenger.. and the rest is history.. Now .. The big question? Are the fans ready for more? Are the fans going to accept new character's, or lead? I mean.. Paul was such a big impact on the whole series.. But., I feel this series,, is like the James Bond,,, of toady's era,,, Why? because,, it involves, cars, women, guns, explosives,, etc.. and traveling to different locales,, and also the diversity of the cast has created a universal appeal .. The Whites. blacks. Asians. Spanish , etc.. has enticed many of us into this movie,, Because alot of us grew up in such diversity,, at least I did,, I saw many cultures,, I lived, worked, and argued with anyone and everyone.. But because I did,, I know what to expect or how cultures think? We all know,, based on experience,.. you learn about cultures,, by living and dealing with them. not reading some book, or video,, its life experiences, and That's why this movie series is so popular. we get to see the cholo world, the motorcycle race world, the Asians, the drag strip crowd.., the party scenes of all cultures,,,maybe it was a risk when they first started this movie series, but over time and trial and error,, they have developed a heck of a movie series,, I have enjoyed all of the movie's,, Too fast and too furious was my least favorite ,, but loved the old school camaro's and Challenger's in the movies,, and it was a bit corny?,, but hey.. The movie still got the fan based hooked.. Tokyo drift was my favorite because it emphasized street racing, despite missing paul walker or Vin Diesel.. but it did introduce us to the Asian character Han.. Well anyways.. if you haven't seen any of the movies, then Fast 7 is not a bad choice to start with.. But You have start at the beginning and develop the love affair with cars, and the characters. The alpha male in " Torreto", or the wild side actions of "Bryan", and of course the bad ass attitude of "Letty," they all are fun to watch in action.. and I was hooked from the beginning,, even though I was stationed in Japan, when the series started,, in fact I saw Tokyo drifting in person,before the movie came out.. But that's another blog,, Today,, was a celebration in the American Spirit of having passion for something ,, in this case fast cool cars and the love car guys and gals have for their machines,!!, We spend hours, waxing, detailing, making sure the engine is running effectively,, and that we know if something is wrong with our cars,, Because we drive them daily, we know when the breaks are hurting, or the oil is burning, or the alignment is off. Its a second sense to our cars.. Its hard to explain to a non car crazy person?!?,, but it likes a child you love dearly, and they get sick or when they are worried and tired, you feel it,, !!Its the same with our cars, our babes, our babies we like to call them.. We love our cars, not only because they are cool looking, but because its truly a extension to our personalities, its truly a part of us.. For me.. watching Paul walker and seeing the grin on his face when he drove the cars he loved,, was enthralling and uplifting because , myself and I'm sure others reading this blog feel.. Its really a uplifting experience to get into a car that you love and have taken time to ensure its running at its best,, That start up is like no other feeling in life?/.. Your in control of a cool car that represents that hard work and years sacrificed in getting that ride ,, alot of car guys and gals yearn for.. I always wanted a muscle car,!! and though it took nearly a life time to get,, I 'm so happy and blessed that I have a car that represents the tough and rough times I lived through,till now.. Life is journey and we all have our own happiness and sadness that come along in life.. No one is immune to death , and sadness, depression and despair.. But we all must overcome them.. because the future is our kids, is the new people born every day. Its a duty to teach our kids how to behave and how to love one another, because life is so unpredictable.. I look to life to be happy each day and enjoy what I love each day,, That's the spirit that Paul walker had.. he had that youthful. fearless go for it attitude !! alot of us still have..or want to have!! I know some say.." He should of. ??he could of... ? But you know,, he lived life like he wanted to..!! No regrets.. He knew the risks involved in that attitude and spirit.. Just like I feel when I go out and drive,, I know ..!! Its a risk to put up the speed, because like my friends tell me..it only takes a bad turn or a unsuspecting driver making a bad move to cause horrible accident,,,that can end life for you and others.. But..that's life..!?! life is a risk?!?!. we all should eliminate or stay way form most of them. ? But as long as their is roads to drive on, and drugged out , drunks or texting un focused drivers on the road.. Its something to ponder and think about? As for the final thoughts on this movie,,,!!
My final thought is this,, Despite the lack of story,, so to speak, the action, the explosions, the passion each character showed was what the fast series is all about.. Its all about cars!! , it all about family !! and its all about caring and loving things that are important to one another.!! There is no denying the fact that this movie series loves their cars, and love showing off woman and having belief in family.. Because in life,, having a passion for something is often missed in today's, hustle and busload world, the rat race !! , Family,, a happy true family structure is what will get you through life.. I know based on experience,, there is nothing like the love of a woman or man that loves you unconditionally !! , like your kids,, sure they mess up at times,, bad grade ,, youthful discretion's,, but bottom line,. We should love our families and inspire them to love one another and be productive in life.. Furious 7 was not only a action packed film, but a lesson life that it has been trying to teach us from the get go..!!
Now for Paul Walker, I want to thank and your family, for giving us a lifetime of pleasures and memories that will be forever engraved in our hearts and minds.. and for the future generations,, You Paul, will always be forever young. just like in the movies you starred in and that youthful, fearless spirit,, that Americans.. love to emulate .. you displayed an American Spirit , like no other actor before you and I'm happy you shared it with us though ,, briefly, but your passion will live on with your movies you made and the stories we tell our kids,, about why we loved you and your crew.. Rest in Peace Paul and may all who enjoy his passion for cars, life and family,, I know they are praying for peace and prosperity for own family and lovely daughter you have left behind.. But just seeing Paul Walker was even cooler. sure they had to adjust the movie because Paul passed away only after a couple months into shooting the movie, But they did a excellent job and it was worth the wait!!.. The ending if anything was probably the most heartfelt and dramatic ending of any action movie.. !!The beach scene was a nice calming down period after hours of action on the screen. It showed what the fast series has been pounding in our heads for the past 14-15 years.. family,, first,, and it was bitter sweet ending,, Because ,, the true star is Paul walker, but like anything in life,, we must go on.. We have to.. perhaps we the are other kids growing up and other people just getting to know about this movie series. At first , I was wondering if they were going to exploit Paul's death, but they did the best with what they did and created a story,,despite missing the Star. Perhaps the reason., We saw more car chase scenes, and fighting.. But it was if not the best of the series.. I'm biased towards fast five , because That's when I decided on what Muscle car to buy,, with the ending scene , with paul walkers.. Nissan GTR AND Vin Diesels.. challenger. I fell in love with that wide body Challenger.. and the rest is history.. Now .. The big question? Are the fans ready for more? Are the fans going to accept new character's, or lead? I mean.. Paul was such a big impact on the whole series.. But., I feel this series,, is like the James Bond,,, of toady's era,,, Why? because,, it involves, cars, women, guns, explosives,, etc.. and traveling to different locales,, and also the diversity of the cast has created a universal appeal .. The Whites. blacks. Asians. Spanish , etc.. has enticed many of us into this movie,, Because alot of us grew up in such diversity,, at least I did,, I saw many cultures,, I lived, worked, and argued with anyone and everyone.. But because I did,, I know what to expect or how cultures think? We all know,, based on experience,.. you learn about cultures,, by living and dealing with them. not reading some book, or video,, its life experiences, and That's why this movie series is so popular. we get to see the cholo world, the motorcycle race world, the Asians, the drag strip crowd.., the party scenes of all cultures,,,maybe it was a risk when they first started this movie series, but over time and trial and error,, they have developed a heck of a movie series,, I have enjoyed all of the movie's,, Too fast and too furious was my least favorite ,, but loved the old school camaro's and Challenger's in the movies,, and it was a bit corny?,, but hey.. The movie still got the fan based hooked.. Tokyo drift was my favorite because it emphasized street racing, despite missing paul walker or Vin Diesel.. but it did introduce us to the Asian character Han.. Well anyways.. if you haven't seen any of the movies, then Fast 7 is not a bad choice to start with.. But You have start at the beginning and develop the love affair with cars, and the characters. The alpha male in " Torreto", or the wild side actions of "Bryan", and of course the bad ass attitude of "Letty," they all are fun to watch in action.. and I was hooked from the beginning,, even though I was stationed in Japan, when the series started,, in fact I saw Tokyo drifting in person,before the movie came out.. But that's another blog,, Today,, was a celebration in the American Spirit of having passion for something ,, in this case fast cool cars and the love car guys and gals have for their machines,!!, We spend hours, waxing, detailing, making sure the engine is running effectively,, and that we know if something is wrong with our cars,, Because we drive them daily, we know when the breaks are hurting, or the oil is burning, or the alignment is off. Its a second sense to our cars.. Its hard to explain to a non car crazy person?!?,, but it likes a child you love dearly, and they get sick or when they are worried and tired, you feel it,, !!Its the same with our cars, our babes, our babies we like to call them.. We love our cars, not only because they are cool looking, but because its truly a extension to our personalities, its truly a part of us.. For me.. watching Paul walker and seeing the grin on his face when he drove the cars he loved,, was enthralling and uplifting because , myself and I'm sure others reading this blog feel.. Its really a uplifting experience to get into a car that you love and have taken time to ensure its running at its best,, That start up is like no other feeling in life?/.. Your in control of a cool car that represents that hard work and years sacrificed in getting that ride ,, alot of car guys and gals yearn for.. I always wanted a muscle car,!! and though it took nearly a life time to get,, I 'm so happy and blessed that I have a car that represents the tough and rough times I lived through,till now.. Life is journey and we all have our own happiness and sadness that come along in life.. No one is immune to death , and sadness, depression and despair.. But we all must overcome them.. because the future is our kids, is the new people born every day. Its a duty to teach our kids how to behave and how to love one another, because life is so unpredictable.. I look to life to be happy each day and enjoy what I love each day,, That's the spirit that Paul walker had.. he had that youthful. fearless go for it attitude !! alot of us still have..or want to have!! I know some say.." He should of. ??he could of... ? But you know,, he lived life like he wanted to..!! No regrets.. He knew the risks involved in that attitude and spirit.. Just like I feel when I go out and drive,, I know ..!! Its a risk to put up the speed, because like my friends tell me..it only takes a bad turn or a unsuspecting driver making a bad move to cause horrible accident,,,that can end life for you and others.. But..that's life..!?! life is a risk?!?!. we all should eliminate or stay way form most of them. ? But as long as their is roads to drive on, and drugged out , drunks or texting un focused drivers on the road.. Its something to ponder and think about? As for the final thoughts on this movie,,,!!
My final thought is this,, Despite the lack of story,, so to speak, the action, the explosions, the passion each character showed was what the fast series is all about.. Its all about cars!! , it all about family !! and its all about caring and loving things that are important to one another.!! There is no denying the fact that this movie series loves their cars, and love showing off woman and having belief in family.. Because in life,, having a passion for something is often missed in today's, hustle and busload world, the rat race !! , Family,, a happy true family structure is what will get you through life.. I know based on experience,, there is nothing like the love of a woman or man that loves you unconditionally !! , like your kids,, sure they mess up at times,, bad grade ,, youthful discretion's,, but bottom line,. We should love our families and inspire them to love one another and be productive in life.. Furious 7 was not only a action packed film, but a lesson life that it has been trying to teach us from the get go..!!
Now for Paul Walker, I want to thank and your family, for giving us a lifetime of pleasures and memories that will be forever engraved in our hearts and minds.. and for the future generations,, You Paul, will always be forever young. just like in the movies you starred in and that youthful, fearless spirit,, that Americans.. love to emulate .. you displayed an American Spirit , like no other actor before you and I'm happy you shared it with us though ,, briefly, but your passion will live on with your movies you made and the stories we tell our kids,, about why we loved you and your crew.. Good Friday - Easter Sunday " according to the bible" Inspired by my mama who passed away many years ago!"
GOOD FRIDAY - EASTER SUNDAY - ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE..
Jesus Christ said he would be entombed for three days and three nights. Now can this be reconciled with Good Friday Crucifixion and burial and an Easter Sunday resurrection , which allows for barely a day and half in the tomb? Or do the gospels spell out a surprising , simpler solution that's fits perfectly with what Jesus foretold? by Scott Ashley , Exploring Gods world .April 2015..
I started with this because,, My mother was a devoted catholic and often didn't go to church unless it was Easter week, or Christmas time,,, Many times , I recall going in , on regular days , not worship sundays.. and we would pray.. Not always those memorized prayers I was taught at Sunday school , but just praying from the heart. She taught me.. Don't pray when you need something,, Pray always,, share the good things that have happened to you , the great health , the successes in your life and thank God for all your blessings. If anything My departed mother taught me, it was that don't use religion or your faith , to ask for things..!! Just pray for your blessed day on earth and pray to resist temptation and evil.. As a youth that was hard to do,,, but if anything she did make sense.. What kind of relationship are you building if your only praying when something goes wrong,.? . It should be a sharing of your life with God..! I know.. I was guilty of that, and how insensitive or naive , when things went bad I would blame God..! Not a good thing, but as in life we live and learn..
Now back to my original statement.. When I was Young and a very inquisitive youth,, I brought up this question.. based on the math,,, the crucifixion and the Resurrection .. took place in a day and half scenario... I asked this at Sunday school.. I said " How can the Good Friday and Easter Sunday Resurrection equal three days,? when Jesus was crucified on Friday evening and the Resurrection occurred on Sunday morning.? Friday had a few hours left , and Saturday constitute one full day and night and Sunday once again was a few hours,, ? If anything it it only a day and half based on math.
Now you can imagine how the teacher looked at me and the many students , were in shock?! I would question such a traditional belief and understanding.. Maybe I was being a smart ass ? , or maybe I was a true believer that wanted someone to show back bone and state what they believed,, Needless to to say the teacher wasn't pleased with my inquiry and pretty much changed the subject. But the many students , agreed if not publicly , but privately..
It changed my whole belief system.. until I picked up the bible myself and read it and ask more questions from scholars , and such to enlightened And I found the answer..
Many believe.. the Christs statements that he would be three days and nights in the earth.. was never meant to be a literal statement.. In other words it doesn't mean a full 72 hours as we modern thinkers would ponder.. They argue that minutes can mean a whole,, ok let me explain..
Jesus was crucified on Friday afternoon and was entombed just before sunset., thus the closing minutes before it became night resulted in one day.. Thus Friday night counted as one night.. Saturday counted as one day and Saturday night counted as one night. The dawn of Sunday morning , Resurrection day counted as the third day. ok.. Now what happened to the third night?
Now according to research I found , readings. sabbath was a day of high day according to John 19:31 , not the Sabbaths recognized Friday to Saturday sunsets. but the first day of the feast of the unleavened bread, one of Gods annual holy days( exodus 12:16-17: Leviticus 23:6-7) In other words, John was talking about another sabbath. Thus according , to research ,, the women has to wait until sabbath was over in order to buy the spices to prepare the anointing of Jesus body. According to John 19;31 STATES that the high day" the first day of the feast of the unleavened bread fell on a Thursday that year. Thus , according to Gospel Jesus was crucified and entombed on Wednesday afternoon, so the women can observe the sabbath days of Thursday to Saturday. According to ( Matthew 28:1:6 , Mark 16:;2-6 and Luke 24:1:3) When Mary Magdalene arrived on Sunday morning 'while it was still dark" she found the tomb empty already. In other words Jesus was crucified and entombed on a Wednesday afternoon , just before the sabbath started at sunset. sabbath lasted from Wednesday sunset to Thursday sunset that week, " feast of the unleavened bread") rather than the regular sabbath days that lasted from Friday sunset until Saturday sunset.
Now ,, since no one witnessed the Resurrection, which took place in a sealed tomb. according to biblical teachings or evidence, the three days and nights took place ,, because Wednesday near sunset until Saturday until sunset , with Jesus leaving his tomb at the end of sabbath..
Ok..Lets do the math..
( Wednesday night , Thursday night , Friday night = three nights) the Thursday , Friday and Saturday equals the three days,, which according to all the gospels perfectly fits.. Based on these numbers and the practise of Sabbath's during that time, this explains the entombment period that Jesus foretold and proof he was the messiah !
Thus, I want to say , read your bible and don't blindly follow ideas without researching your faith. A true believer doesn't go to church when expected to and just go through the motions thinking that's good enough, To me, a believer is someone that reads, ask questions and has faith in what the gospels tells and searches for answers to their questions. I know reading the bible may not be the most exciting read , but seeking answers and finding out things for one self can be enlightening and create a stronger love for God and his son , who gave up his life for the forgiveness of our sins. The problem with society is that many f us , fail to understand the details of what God wants and we blindly seek fun and joy from materialistic possession's, when in reality peace comes from faith and understanding the true meaning of Easter.. Its not about Easter eggs, or bunny's or hiding eggs,, whats all that have to do with the true meaning of easter.? Mayweather Vs Pacquiao May 2nd, 2015- The Battle of Great Champions.. My take..
Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao , May 2, 2015- The Battle of Great Champions - MY take..
First of all , finally , we get these two great champion's meet! Its about 5- 6 years later than we wanted but at least something right? Its like Van Halen 5- or 6 years ago compared to today.. Its a great show , because of their charisma and charm, but the speed , accuracy and electricity is not as hot,, if it were years ago.. But you can't go back in time so enjoy what we have?
Mayweather is one of the greatest defensive fighters of this or any era. I mean, his ability to slip and move and move his head to avoid punches,, is ala Muhammad Ali,, I know his arrogance , his trash talking his bravado is nauseating , but guess what? He's a undefeated fighter ,, I know,, he can pick and choose who he fights, where he wants to fight and etc. Unlike team sports, sooner or later your gonna face everyone,,In boxing,, you can avoid fighters,, not saying he has, but it just makes you wonder why wait so long to make the greatest fight possible in Boxing?
My reasons :
Number one reason,, He wanted this fight to be a mega fight, he wanted the fans to yearn for this fight, I know it was a gamble , but according to sports reports, the pay per view buys and the arena tickets have been maddening.. I have to give credit to Floyd, he knows business, and he knows how to be a showman,, that's why they call boxing at times a show business.. sure its part sports, its part spectacle, entertainment , the show,, but bottom lme, these guys do it for the momney $$ Even Pacquiao, I know he's a born again christian, faith ful husband, charitable citizen, but he had a past of womanining , drinking , gambling, etc.. Now Mayweathers past is not as sinful? Other than altercations with wifeand or girlfriend.. But based on readings on him, he's a dedicated machine to boxing, he loves to work out and keeps in shape,, While Pacman,, when not fighting, loves to eat the greasy , but tasty Filipino foods and drink mass amounts of liquor.. Now theirs nothing wrong with that? I mean alot of us do that watching his fights , or other sports events,, Perhaps that appeal we have for him.. is why he so loved!!He has a people's champion aura about him..!?!
The next reason Mayweather waited to make this fight happen, Pacquiao will be his worst eenmy, he will lose interest get frustrated waiting,, and it happened.. twice,. His loss to Bradley,, though controversial,, and the Marquez knockout. I know , he was winning hat fight,, but he made a crucial mistake and paid for it by not only getting knocked out, by damaging his image and perception to the boxing world,, Mayweather must have been ecstatic,, that pacman hurt is image and his brain cells,,
Mayweather thinking based on how Manny fights , he will wear himself out , he will lose faith and he will become vulnerable,, all of those things panned out.. And when he saw Pacman beat up a rank amateur in Algieri , I'm sure he was even more confident,,, Why? Because Algieri is a rank amateur with alot of physical conditioning , but in reality and honesty, he had no right to be in the ring with a great champion,, But Mayweather saw it , and liked what he saw,, Which was a aging fighter struggle to catch up to a young algieri,, Sure many knock downs, but Manny failed to finish a fighter that was ready to go,, at anytime,,, ?
These Mayweathers tricks , so to speak, paid off. Manny has gotten older , slower, less confident and exposed his weakness, which is cutting off the ring, and finishing a wounded fighter. Great strategy for mayweather and it could very well make the difference in the " Big Fight!" ?
Mayweather never enters a fight unless he knows he going to win, and based on all the past scenarios he feels its now or never ...and is training like no other time in his career, Chopping wood, sparring tough fighters and keeping quiet,, ??He's focused , he's ready and he's undefeated ,, those are things very few fighters have attained,, The closest was the great champion, lLarry Hilmes,, 47-0 before losing twice to spinks and getting knocked out by a Young and hungry Mike Tyson.. I applaud Floyd,, he's id very careful about what he does,, and come fight night,,, All the years of waiting will finally come into play, .. Rocky Marciano is the only Champion in boxing to retire undefeated 49-0 , but get this he only fought in a 5-6 year fight career? He was a fighting machine during his time..

There is no denying I'm a great pacman fan, I have seen many of his fights in person, and I have the ticket stubs and paintings sold at his fights,,, But I also feel pacman , is looking at this fight as just another fight.? He's doing the same things that got him there. tough hard sparring,, incredible workouts emphasizing speed and power and endurance,.. and why not? The things he has done over the 20 plus years of boxing has worked most of the tine,, But now he;s fighting a totally different fighter in Floyd,, I know floyd is fancy dancing fighter with no power,, that's not true,, early in floyds career he was a knock out machine,, until he got clocked by castillo and judah.. those fights made him realize,, going toe to toe may excite the fan base, but doesn't help your face or brain cells,, so ,, he decided to use his God -given talents and be elusive - defensive fighter and become a villain , so people will pay to watch him lose,, !? Creative and genius marketing strategy,, and it has worked,,!?!? While pacman , wanted to be fan pleaser and fight these wars,, and based on experience,, wars wear you down,, it makes you feel your own mortality,, but he is a warrior and warriors , even when they are out gunned or out skilled still want to fight.. That's why Manny will do his best , and give it his all,, But my question,, ?!? Have the many wars with Barrera(twice), Morales,(3 times) Marquez( 4 times ) , Bradley( 2) finally have its toll. I mean,, Boxing is a truth serum.. when fight night comes upon them.. Will the years of wars and attrition in the gym and in big fights finally come into play,, As a fan,. I pray and hope he has that one more big fight.. But stats and trends tell me.. He ,Manny or Floyd,, I dont count the cheap shot knockout...) Manny hasn't knock out any one in years and when he had a chance against a game but out classed fighter , he failed to do it. ? Now,, Can he do it to a fighter that has never been knocked out .. That's the million dollar question.. ??The experts say no..But the many fans and followers of Pacman,, they say yes,, and to be honest,,Even Las Vegas calls this a Pick em fight??!,, and well they should have,, We are going to see two great champion's finally show case their talents and skills and finally answer the question,, Who is the best pound for pound fighter in boxing,,, ?

Well hello everyone and welcome to another useful blog on finances.. Now I have been filing taxes for as long as I have been working,, since I was 15 1/2 years..
Here are my tips,,
1) Always file your taxes!! be early than late.. By being late,, it just looks like your hiding or trying to hide,,
2) Always keep good record of everything.. Like place past tax returns in files,, and keep them.. I have at least the past 7 years,,
3) I use excel spread sheets as well as receipts for everything I plan to claim as deductibles.. As a entrepreneur,, I claim everything,gas, food, clothing, car expenses.. etc.. But you must receipts .ON the back I put what they are like business, or gas , food , etc.. I also put dates .. on them too. use a highlighter for dates , amounts etc.. It just make sit easier for you and the tax preparer.

For example,, if your total income was 80,000. you subtract 12,400 - which is 68,600 is the your taxable income.. that's a big difference and can mean a larger refund.. Just something to keep in mind if you plan to deduct , which many Tax payers fail to do , or just don't make the effort.. Charitable donations are deductible,,
Lastly, I hope these tips are helpful and a kind reminder ,, April 15, 2015 is the last day to file taxes,, unless you request a extension.. So don't delay and be organized,, By having your forms you need and if you have receipts.,, clip them up and add the totals.. so tax preparations can be fast and easy. Well hello everyone and welcome to another useful blog on finances.. Now I have been filing taxes for as long as I have been working,, since I was 15 1/2 years..
Here are my tips,,
1) Always file your taxes!! be early than late.. By being late,, it just looks like your hiding or trying to hide,,

Black Beauty Blog. The attention grabber strikes again.. April 1st 2015..
Black Beauty Blog- The Attention grabber strikes again.. April 1st ,2015..
Well first of all Happy April Fools day,, Now to my blog.. I was out cruising with Black Beauty,, and theres always a fool, in some beat up car, trying to show he can rive fast,, well anyways,, this idiot , makes a crazy turn behind me, nearly losing control f his car.. A beat up Toyota Camry,, well ,, I let the fool pass,, and he again drove off like a mad man.. ? Now what is it with people.. that think every tine they see a bad azz muscle car,, makes you want to do burnouts and crazy turns to what? To show me,, you can drive like a fool.. Well not to be blabber , but two of my neighbors totalled their cars with such moves.. A old van,,, and a brand new white Camaro,, based on looks it looks like he was driving or drifting and hit a curb or Wall, because he took out the whole back end.. I saw this kid when he first got it,,, I'm sure papa or mama is not happy,, its sitting or parked in front of the house,, with his messed up rear end.. oh well..anyways. I get too many loonies trying to bait me into a race or what,, Its no wonder My wife doesn't enjoy the ride.. Its a daily thing,, Maybe because it looks bad azz , with all black wheels and body,,, it just looks mean,,, But what gets me.. if your going to race me.. at least have a car with the potential,, like a Viper, or corvette, or Mustang..sure they beat black beauty..but the one night when the corvette owner raced me or sort of,, because my radar detector was going off,, I let him go,.. and moments later,, CHP pulled him over,,, Needless to say I had a great big smile on my face while he was being issued a very expensive ticket.. I know been there did that. But for 3 year ownership,, I have one speed ticket, and that was on my birthday right before I retired from the navy,,, In fact I was still in my navy uniform.. He lectured me.. and such,, but that's one ticket in 3 years m which is not bad.. Considering.. I had no tickets during my navy career.. up to that point,, I guess it took a Muscle car with many Hp's to get me there.. But I recovered..I bought a state of the art radar detector,I use scanners and I know the tips,, Like;;;;
1) Don't weave in traffic..
2) Don't speed at night.. Its hard to see where the cops are?
3) When detector goes off I slow down immediately..
4) Don't speed on car pool lanes.. cops are always monitoring those roads..
5) lastly, just think about the cost,, I know I 'm scared of spending hard earned money for something I know I can avoid..
Where do I speed?
1) OPEN ROADS .. like the Las vegas 15 , or the Perris ca roads,. if you have been there,, speeding is like a nrom because you are so far from the city,,.
2) Same with freeways,, I don't like to speed near bridges or over passes.. cops like to hide near them..
I'm not condoning speed.but if you want to be responsible and be accountable if you mess up your car.. so far so good,, But I had a few close calls, like sliding on the NASCAR 15 , when it was raining or snowing that one day in Lake Elsinore ,,, oh well.. speeding is an addiction.. Theres nothing like it.. But anyways.. be safe and use common sense, and don't get caught up with wanna be racers,, they want to get you in trouble,,,
Well anyways,, I just want to say to my new car owners,, especially the all Black Mustang .. its a challenging to deal with the dumb asses that like to tail gate you, get beside you,,to make you drive faster.. resist temptation.. because,, in the end,.the ticket to wreck you get, is all on you,,,Until my next blog .. Drive safe,, and have fun,,, Life is journey and we all want to enjoy it to the fullest!!
