Manic Monday - Make a plan Monday.. Inspired by life..

 ah... its Monday , a new start to the work week, school week, or just week week.. Its always the toughest days.. because , we weekend warriors , sleep in , or sleep alot,, party hard or work out hard. or what... 

 But advice for Monday's ,,Make a plan or schedule for today and the rest of the week.. I'm not saying we are going to finish everything. But atleast you take care of the priorties or important issues,, and the the things that don't get touched or worked on,,, You work on that next week.. We all need schedules or deadlines.. its human nature.. if it doesn't have a dying need ,, alot of us wait.. unless your getting a refund or cashing a check.. We do that right away.. But for other things,, like homework yard work, car work... cleaning... it can wait...Heck Heaven can wait too.. But that's what we should do to accomplish the many things we have to deal with in life.. Life is so fast,, I mean My kids are so grown up,, One off to college,, the other in middle school and playing tackle football. Wow.. Time flies.. But you know what? We have to keep going.. Because father time or Mother Nature has no feelings. They both keep going and going.. and We need to adopt those feelings or ways of life.. Adopt the culture of I have to do what I need to do, and whatever happens, happens,, adjust , make changes and move on.. Nothing in life is easy.. We reach trials and tribulation's daily , weekly , monthly , yearly. But its how we respond to those adversities and learn from them.. I know we wonder why? But don't ask Why anymore ? instead.. Ask.. Why not? Engage , embrace and do your best!! 

 My advice for Monday ;;;

1) Make a schedule for today and the rest of the week

2) Stay busy and stay focused 

3) Get up, shut up and never give up..

4) Lastly have a great day and smile.. Be happy and reach out to those that need your love and friendship.. Cherish your family ties and friendships. Life is so fleeting and fast.. 

 Take these as reminders ,,, nothing new ,, just reminders to start of your week.. Everyone needs reminders now and then.. Be vigilant in your life and always look for the good things in life.. The bad will come and go ,,like bad friendships.. Same with good times.. But we must move on and carry one... Are you ready ? Of course you are.. Enjoy today and everyday.. Because it may be your last..

Football Friday - My traditional Friday night blog about NFL stories..
  Its Friday , and I know there's no football yet.. But the Hall of fame Game is just around the corner and Preseason Games and hope and dreams we all want for our teams..
  But since training camps just opened and nothing dramatic has happened  Other than The Patriots dealings with star Hernandez.. Its really a shame a great organization has to deal with such a troubling issue.. and Love him or hate him.. Mr. Bill is a great coach and a consistency of excellence,. The Patriots are the role model of consistency and the nearest thing to a dynasty.. Well The Steelers are the other franchise I respect and wish other teams will imitate.. 
 But back to stories going on this year ?? 
 Can Peyton Manning win it all with his talented Broncos?
 Can Drew Brees and the Saints get back to the elite teams?
 Is Tom Brady going to win it all before he retires , whenever that happens?
Are the Steelers going to be elite team THIS YEAR?
Can the Ravens repeat?
Can the Texans ,, in my opinion one of the most talented teams in the NFL, but has the Charger disease of years back.. Great during the regular season, but choke in the Post Season.. 
 Are the Raiders heading in the right direction? 
Is Philip Rivers , an elite QB, or a product of a fancy system with star players , like LT , Sproles and Vincent Jackson.. One those guys left.. Rivers has been horrible. Yes, Blame the line , lack of a running game. or what. But he has been a turnover machine and a mistake prone QB.. The Tony Romo of the AFC.. 
 Well the season will be fun and all these questions and concerns is whats going to make this year exciting.. But I will say this,., The Pats may not have a championship defense , but they Have a Magic man in Tom Brady.. and they are in it no matter what.. Yea , last years home loss in the playoffs to the Ravens was unreal.. But the Ravens were on  a mission for Ray Lewis,., I don't see them being that strong force . BUT that division has powerhouses in The Steelers, The Bengals.. A very tough division.. I can see any of three teams winning that division.. 
 But one thing is for sure,. Alot of us are more than ready to waste Sunday's, Monday's  Thursday's,. and whatever other days the NFL decides to play football.  We are ready!! Have fun this Friday and stay tuned to my thoughts , predictions and analysis on the game we all love.. Its football Friday.. and a couple of weeks we get to see if or teams are doing what needs to be done to win it all..

Wisdom wednesday - Inspired by life events

WISDOM WEDNESDAY - INSPIRED BY LIFE EVENTS..
   My weekly advice .. simple.. To get along you have to go along.. Not if its evil or criminal,.. Its about not rocking the boat. I know everyone has different Points of views and ideas.. But if most of the crew or team is thinking the same thinking.. Why can't you.. In job , in life  in teams sports.. you have to look at whats good for the team? If your actions or distractions , hurt or disgrace your company or team.. Don't you think its better to follow the company line.. I know its sound like BEING A sell out or being a follower.,. But it's about a company performing well and being professional.. They became giants because of trial and error. If they have been running for years without you,, than what makes you think they are going to fall apart with out you.. Its simple.. hold your ego in check and do whats good for your image , perception and your employer.. In today's day and age.. image and perception is so critical to employers. Like the news or any recruiter.. Fb postings, twitter , or you tube postings dictate what they think of you.. It may not be used to hire you per se.. but may be used not to.. Does it make sense..? I know alot of my fb Friends are very young rebellious and anxious about life and society.. My friends.. life or society keeps going no matter your alive or not.. or whether or not you can drink more than all of us.. or post pictures of yourself.. drinking , smoking or what.. But I know you kids will do what you want. But don't be surprised if you don't get calls for employment or develop true employment networking.. A network of drunks and party goers , is not a sign for success. But I know, YOU WILL blow off my comments as a rant or opinion by an old man going through a mid life crisis. But I know life , good , bad, ugly deadly ,, etc.. Life goes by fast.. before you know it.. your still struggling with a dead end job , drinking and wasting your time and money ...for what? So your loser friends can like your posting.. Is that paying the bills? Is that behaviour impressing recruiters or employers out there.. Let me say this>> No ,, if I were a employer,, I want people that are positive, have positive self image and perceptions.. They are striving to be better and getting certifications , education and encouraging good will. We are humans,, we all deserve better.. We need people that are self sacrificing and willing to do whats best for the team , the company , the country. I have served this great nation for many years and I did many things I hated,, Long watches in dark cold weather or extremely hot temperatures.. dealing with death , destruction and misery has been my life too.. It those times I developed character and pride, that I did something many of you cant imagine or not willing to partake in.. Yea,, so what you can out drink or act like fools at bars.. Is that the life you want .. I'm not saying I didn't do that.. But I also realized once i got married and had kids.. My focus is family and kids,,sure distraction's, temptations.. of drink , food and such.. But its how I overcame those things and how I became a stronger person , that likes to advise and share my skills and talents with family and friends, co workers , class mates.. The greatest legacy you can leave in life , is teaching something you do well and passing it along. Think about it.. ? We are here for a moment , why not share your skills with family and friends.. what better way to leave a legacy of wisdom or skills to those that love and care for you.. My last words.. Be wise in your actions and words and share your skills and talents with those that matter to you and to those that will help you be a better person. In life , work , and in school , learning and sharing your wisdom is a key to a happy and successful life..

          The true treasures of life , I usually don't endorse TV or Internet products, But in this case I'm strongly endorsing the sermons and positive messages he provides on a weekly and daily basis on his TV SERMONS or websites. He also writes books and appears on talk shows and other event. His message is clear precise and realistic.. today's message is simple,, Take care of the ones you love, and never take anything for granted.. In other words.. if you love someone you tell them and if you care about your wife, husband and your Friends Let them know.. Because life is so fleeting.. One day we are here and the next your gone.. I know that just recently alot of my classmates from Montgomery had to attend and pray for Robert G. He is a wonderful man with a kind heart alot like all of us who attended the greatest high school in the land. We had a wonderful relationship with one another , because we cared and we looked out for one another.. Yea , we teased and often times laughed at one another , but in the end.. we cared so much.. take into account how many fb friends i have found and the many likes and followers of my postings and blogs about the days,, 
 But back to my original thought.. Which is ,, take each day as a new beginning, treat each day as a new positive spin for all people in your life.. Like Joel stated .. It never gets old hearing good things about your personality.. we all like to feel good, we all like to hear how great we are,, because we all have skills in something,, writing, dancing, singing, acting, joke telling,... skate boarding , car racing, reading... or whatever.. Tell the ones you love you are proud of them.. Placing honor in your wife or husband makes them feel better and try harder.. Its those hard , and troubled times that keeps a family together.. By saying good things and loving the good things about your loved ones., is what will make a love affair work.. Every relationship has its downs.. nothing is perfect,,,, there are always things we don't like.. snoring, eating the last cookie , waking up in the middle of the night and waking up spouse .. to eat , or drink.. not washing the dishes,, or on Sundays,,, wasting over 3 hours watching a game and dressing like the teams mascot... we all know sometimes we wonder how someone can buy shoes , but forget to buy you something you need,,, or the wifey having a reserved parking spot at the mall,,, but we knew that before we decided to make one another loves of our lives.. we overlooked those things because love... 
  Our special peoples in our lives happen for a reason.. Every trial and tribulation happens for a reason. Why ? its simple , you live and learn and adjust your thinking and ideas about life.. we all know or have asked Why.did that happen? Why did that person come into and out of my life?> Why ? because we needed to learn a lesson. and how we respond to those issues , its what dictates our personality and way of life. I know alot of you don't think about destiny,,, ? i mean we are masters of own destiny right? But when things happen? don't ask why? Instead,,, whats next? What the next issue to fight. Life is a constant fight and struggle and dealing with all the troubles and happiness. Its how we respond and go on with life is why .. things happen to us.. we must treat each trial and tribulation as a lesson in life and we all must have faith that we are doing the right thing. raising kids, loving your spouse and taking care of close friends that have looked after you , either with advise or support during any of your deals.. I realized that close friends are a treasure in life and should not be taken for granted. But alot of us.because of ego, pride,, etc.. Take friendships for granted ,, and don't always say or do the right thing. But that's why we are human.. we need each other and we need comfort and support from one another.. Look to the ones that truly are true to you for faith , support and guidance and don't let your ego, pride and stubbornness interfere with your growth in life. Those are hang ups that will bind and tie you down.. Liberation comes from,, releasing those hateful thoughts , those insecure ideas and pursuing whats important in life, which is providing for your family, loving your wife or husband,, and take care of those dear friends that always looked out for you.. If you don't do that.. Life and your karma will be affected for forever.. Nothing is more special than having a bond or close connection with family and close friends.. Because , those are the true treasures of life.. and I hope one day it will all come together.. Where family and close friends can exist and be happy.. Because that's the true treasures of life.. being happy and close ties with the ones we love and respect. Nothing in life is perfect , but having faith and true family and friends to support and love you,, is enough to carry you through today and tomorrow.. But just remember always look for the good and always praise your family, it will give them strength and power and vision to do well. Light the fire for your family.. and for close friends.. do the same.. Words are a powerful entity , I know.. I have that gift of gab or expressions, But I also know that I need to take responsibility in what I write or say because so many people around the world..,, read my blogs and thoughts and take action , so to speak.. The Martin Protest turns ugly.. Inspired by news events..
  First of all thank you to the good and lawful and respectful protesters, that's how civilized Americans , law abiding , fear of God peoples react and display their concerns..
 Now .. for the ruffians, gang banging , vandalizing hooligans out there,, shame on you,, that's not smart , intelligent , moral , hard working Americans do,,. its no wonder,, yes, its no wonder the stereotypes exist,, your not helping your cause, if anything you hurt it .. That's was awful display of vandalzing someones car and destroying people property,, But what do you expect from drugged up , senseless dumb ass people.. You need to grow up and be part of the process instead ,, part of the mess or problems.. All the good things I wrote the other day,. Goes to shit .. Because dumb ass people think its cool to act like fools and have their acts on fb or news.. really people,. Its embarrassing for you and the nation and the other nations watching this.. America is great , but when a few stupid ass jerks go out and make fools of themselves and break laws... then what you see isYes.. its no wonder honest , hard working Americans arm ourselves with guns and weapons.. because we have animals out there that have no respect for hard working Americans and their property... It any of you had property stolen,, it hurts, it feels like you have been violated,, and you vow it will never happen again.. We buy locks, security cameras , he have alarms. we buy guns,, and we report to police and establish neighborhood watches.. because we are tired of the non sense.. As for the Martin case.. I feel for his family.. and any life lost is sad.. But by acting out like these hooligans are doing is not honoring their fallen hero.. If anything it perpetuates the image of hood life,, the gang bangers,, the losers of society.. responsible people are accountable for their actions and protect their images.. they don't post ridiculous comments or pictures on face book or twitter or YouTube.. If people don't respect themselves how do you expect them to respect others.. That's the problem with today's youth.. too many of them feel entitled.. because they have parents that protect them and provide for them.. But guess what kids... your parents are getting older and soon, they wont be able.. do you feel good you are sponging off them or using their kindness as weakness. Today's youth needs to realize life isn't easy and destroying property because  you think its cool.. Its not only criminal , but senseless and uncalled for... Today's events of vandalism and destruction of property is ugly , uncalled for,, and shameful to the cause,. If your looking for support from others,,,, Good luck.. because I wont support hooligans or vandalizers no matter what the cause.. If you want to protest, do it peacefully and do it right.. State your concerns in letters, memos, emails, twitter.. news.. schools etc.. be a productive citizen that understand the laws of the land and the process.. But it seems too many people think wrong and express it in the worst ways.. Its a shame for those true protesters of Tayvon Martin.. all that hard work is destroyed by dumb ass fools that think,, destroy property... that will show them.. The only thing your showing to America and the world,. is that there is alot of ignorant , misguided youths with no respect for law and order,, and that's what scares me most. Today's youth is our future and and based on what I have seen.. The future seems so shaky.. For those honest , law abiding protesters.. Keep the faith and pray for the others that are destroying your message,, Preach peace over hate, preach good over evil.. preach the word of God... because .. time is so precious and many people take that for the granted.. Be productive and be positive.. good things happen to those that believe.. and if you feel sad.. go out and do something,, be kind to someone... a taste of kindness can generate more acts of kindness.. what comes around goes around.... spread the smiles... and pray for those that have hatred and fear in their hearts.. that's no way to live or die..

FAM -BAM 20?.. Inspired by family..

Fam bam 20? ,Inspired by Family..
  My family or my wife's side have alot of parties,, food, drinks, desserts, entertainment , jokes, videos, etc..We have fun.. Its kind of funny, because we have our clicks.. we have the drinkers, we have the eaters, we have the story tellers ,, they talk about aches and pains of old age, the troubles of life..?? My take,, why talk about that at a party? Never in my opinion.. We think about that everyday ,, for me party means.. party,, eat drink and be silly.. 
 But anyways.. tonight was no different.. One of the boys,, played drums.. no names because i have been told by family,, lets respect privacy,, ok.
 Back to the drum playing... He was a very good and we even managed to do a song " I got the blues.. ! And of course the lead guitarist Fabz and Jeff on bass was fun.. sorry about names... hehe.. and of course Alex van Josh.. and the lead singer m show man , show off, Me.. Its all in fun.. I mean grown adults with jobs careers and families to raise takes a strain.. We all know life is a process a journey , with ups and downs, and turmoil.. But you have to be positive and move on.. I learned that from past experiences and friends, I just want to thank everyone at all the family gatherings of past and present. we have fun.. because we care for one another,, sure we have disagreements , arguments, misunderstandings... but that's life.. even my best friend , we argue , we disagree , we at times don't talk for ages,, months,. but once we talk,. its like nothing has changed,,, that's how it is with family.. we don't always attend each others parties,, because of time and schedule,, but when we do,, we make the most of it,, and we should.. because time is marching on.. I see everyone including myself,, getting older , grayer , fatter, shorter.. but we all still have those sweet smiles, and laughter that rings around the rooms..We have fun.. because we all know our kids are growing up and moving away and doing their own thing,,, We parents ,, will soon have memories , videos and pictures to recall our kids,.. so,, My advice to all.. enjoy every opportunity you have with family,, because sadly , it may be the last time,, I recently or should I say our classmates from Montgomery and south san diego lost a dear friend... and whats sad,, it was sudden and unexpected.. I mean,, he wasn't old, so to speak,, but life sucks.. when you lose a friend,, and then they are gone,.. that's why,,,, I cherish all the friendship's I have because time goes by so fast,, and to lose a friendship.. over a misunderstanding, jelaousy or what is silly.. be happy and be happy to my family and friends,, and I cant wait until the next fam bam,, oh by the way yes i did some stand up.. a great cholo imitation and a alot of impromptu rock songs and my famous jabbawockeez inspired pop locking..Life of the party,, yea,, of course,, but that's why my family loves me...!!!!

Zimmerman Case- Self defense or Murder? Inspired by News Events..
 Not Guilty- Case closed, No matter what I think or everyone else,, he was judged by a jury of his peers? Yea if 6 house wives represents his peers? Maybe so , I mean he was the neighborhood watch commander , whatever that means? A wanna be cop ,, A security guard of the neighborhood, a frustrated law enforcement officer. But I will bet on this.. I don't think there is a Police agency that would dare chance hiring him for anything , even as a janitor because he would be a distraction a attention grabber , most employers don't want.. I know,.. he was acquitted and in America,, fairness rules,, yea right.. ask the victims of the Oj Simpson or the Casey Anthony deal in Florida.. We all have seen and heard of injustices happening all the time.. This case whether you agree or not , is no different.. and how you feel doesn't matter ,because the law has spoken and he needs to be left alone.. so to speak.. Too bad .. he didn't practise the same theory..

 Here's my take,, if someone comes on your property. armed or not,, I will shoot you ,, if its 2 or 3 am.. but 7 pm.. in the rain,, and these young kid is simply trying to get home like millions of teenagers At his age.. talking and joking on a cell phone,, only to be gun down by a coward,, Yes,, Coward,.. what? He's afraid of getting his ass kicked ,, I'm a fighter and any fighter , who has fought , one time or another your gonna get your ass kicked,, it doesn't kill you,, even though it feels like it,, But i survived,, My ego was killed and I wanted revenge and vengeance,, so what did i do,, I took up karate i lifted weights. I ate protein bars,, i became so much of a beast that summer,, the surfer dude who whupped my ass, didn't recognize me,, or wanted anything to do with me.. it didn't matter i kicked his ass anyways,, gone in second seconds., that how quickly it ended, because I was super fast and leaned some fearful techniques and developed strength from all my weight lifting and protein.. Did i feel better hell yeah, was it right? Maybe not morally ,, but ts called " Street Justice,, I mean months ago or years ago when i was a young kid,, Did I ask for a ass kicking,, maybe, I did or still have a big mouth,, But that's life. Some people will like you others will hate you and others if capable want to kick your ass,, My next point.. Don't start something you cant finish.. Its clear,, Zimmerman was planning to start and finish this incident .. he brought a gun to a fight he knew he was going to win. I mean this kid had skittles and a Arizona Tea can.. on him.. oh and his cell phone.. and the infamous hoodie,, The kid had no chance.... Just imagine if your son or daughter is walking home and some neighbor hood commander looks at your clothing and color of skin and thinks.. ah.. a gang banger a hoodlum.. I don't care what rehearsed answers he gave to his lawyers or what.. He wanted a conflict and decided to engage,.,. despite 911 operators instructions to let the police handle it.. In some ways I applaud his desire to protect the neighborhood,, he was tired of vandalism and crime,, aren't we all tired of that? But to target a unknown black teenager , because he's fits the profile , was wrong , prejusdice and racial profiling.. He had no right to confront and anatgonoze this young man over what,, Or its kind of late and you look like a hoodlum.. If thats the case dont move to LA , SAN DEIGO , OAKLAND,   New York, Chicago,, because your gonna freak out you wimp out coward.. I mean .. Gun vs. no weapons, yea,,. your the man,, a cowardly man.. who was more afraid of your arrogant ego getting humbled.. But thats ok.. I mean.. Your gonna get your gun back.. man.. you better have at your hip and loacked and loaded.. Based on all the protests around the nation.. You have a lot people '' That want to show you what Street Justice is.. and Lets see how you fare against a real hardened street hood lum.. My take.. you fail .. because ... they wont let you shoot them... because they will have gun.. But hey you have millions of other americans that applaud you on facebook , blogs and such,, but I doubt they will walk with you,, anywhere in Oakland , LA , SAN DIEGO.. CHICAGO NEW YOrk.. UNLESS  they have a death wish,, I mean,, Great you won. so to speak.. but your actions and your intentions,, only made you and your neighborhood a target , aplace where they will now get unwanted attention and a more aggressive approach by the youths, I dont feel bad for you,, I feel for the neighbors you protected.. I doubt they really appreciate the fact , their little city is plastered on the news and the angry protesters,,, looking forward to meeting the commander so to speak.. But you won,, stand by for civil rights violations and more stress to the family and you, but The jury spoke and they stated Not guilty.. based on the protests around the nation.. You may have awaken a sleeping giant in todays youth,, this could a civil rights movement in the making.,. and thanks to you, You have united the youth in fighting for whats right.. I know Florida has the stand your ground laws.. If anything.. its a cowardly law , giving homage to insecure gun owners the right to shoot and kill anyone that makes them feel threatened.. what a sad commentary in todays life,, that taking ones life is justified by a law that doesn't make sense.. If Zimmerman was concerned about peace in society.. His cowardly , senseless act now has created anger and more hatred to a nation that is divided and in trouble dealing with enemies around the world, that are just applauding the destruction of Americas pride and unity.. Who needs enemies,, America is killing each other.. and according to the Justice system "Its ok.. as long as you feel your life and health is in danger.. start a fight ,, ND IF YOUR LOSING OR GETTING YOUR ASS KICKED,, pull out your legalized concealed weapons to end a conflict,, that was about ?? ah.. He look suspicious,, he was doing crime ,, or getting ready too.. He had weapons, even though I didn't see them.. I was afraid of his looks.. hmm.. ok,, America,, Self - defense or Murder..?? In this case self defense.. regardless if the other guy had no weapons and no actions indicating he was going to commit a crime... His crime was not being able to out run a concerned citizen in his car.. and paid gthe ultimate price ,, the loss of his life..Murder or Self.. Defense.. you decide based on the facts,, But for now,, He's not guilty and free.. But in reality.. He made himself a prisoner,, and good luck gaining employment or friends.. Because.. Based on the media reports , They are alot of angry people.. and I doubt those high paid lawyers or your fb supporter are really going to stand with you,,,, if anything they will praise you in private and watch you in public.. and say,, great , but I wouldn't want to be him.. and I concur.. I wouldn't do what you did ,,that's why we have police,, and law enforcement.. But the old saying,,, You made your bed,, now you HAVE TO SLEEP IN IT.., Good luck Mr Zimmerman., you may have caused more misery on yourself and family than you ever imagined when you went out and did this act of protecting your neighbors..

                                  I miss your style.. What I'm mean is that I miss that all for nothing , hell bent fighting style before you became civilized.. before you became a Icon, a Business man, a Politician.. I miss your humble beginnings.. It seems your too caught up in clubbing and partying with your pinoys and pinays.. But guess what.. Its not helping.. Its destroying you, I miss those great knockouts I used to watch in vegas.. I know its hard or has been hard waiting on Floyd Mayweather.. but now.. you spoiled everything by losing 2 straight fights and even getting knocked out... but hey.. You have a fight coming up.. You need to step up and knock him out,, anything less, I hate to say it,, People will abandon you,, Mayweather is the star,, because he's winning and yes he talks shit , but for the last 17 years,, he has never lost and stood behind what he says.. Its one thing to talk and do shit . and win.. then to talk big and lose,,, badly,, right Silva and Pacman.. The court is your , but you need to shine.... That big fight can still happen.. maybe not the same luster... But people will pay for it, I know I will,.. Because we are fans.. and fans are suckers to the sport// So please have a great fight , knock out please and get refocused.. I know your loyal to Freddie Roach and I love his determination , but I hate to say it.. His condition.. its not helping you.. I know its sounds like betrayal, but loyalty ,, will get you killed,, for example your last fight.. I know you love him,, But if you care about yourself and your fans.. you need to hire a more mentally and physically fit trainer that can get you back on top.. Its not betrayal. its called being realistic and truthful to yourself and Freddie.. He can be a inspirational leader or mentor,, but you need a full capacity trainer that can get you at the elite level ,, we the fans know you are still capable.. But if you insist on loyalty,, and father like connections to a trainer that doesn't have the full capacity to get you to perform.. Than I suggest you continue fighting less than elite fighters to make money.. Because based on your last elite fighter contest,, you got knocked out and nearly killed..` It was a awful and dangerous night for you and your family.. As a fan. I want to see you perform at the best.. But with Freddie at not full capabilities , so to speak, you have jeopardized your health , career and your standing in the boxing world.. Its tough to make a such a close and personal decision. But life ,, you need to be cruel to be kind at times. This time calls for it, in fact demands it.. and I'm hoping you make the right call , for your sake and Freddies.. I miss your style !! But its not going to happen with Freddie anymore.. The time is done.. Its time to break ties and find that physically and mentally fit trainer...I wish you well, but with Freddie I see disastrous results for both you.. do the right thing Manny and get that rage and style back.. with a sound and physically fit trainer.. I see it ,, and I know you do too.. Don't let family type loyalty blind the facts.. Its time to make a change.. if you want to be that elite fighter again.. Its up to you and I pray and hope you have the strength to make the right call. If not.. its ok.. I'm still going to root for you, but I wont be surprised if disastrous results happen.. Because it has already.. That's last knockout was frightening and disturbing,,, and I hate to say it.. I saw it coming , based on your less than 100 % trainer.. dear manny .. FABULOUS FRIDAY - JULY 12, 2013.. 
 Its Friday .. fun day.. great day.. the weekend is on us,..for some it means another day? For others is liberation day. A day to relax after a weeks worth of work issues and problems.. But ook today as forward Friday , or future Friday.. Its a time to relax and look forward to a weekend of doing things you enjoy.. like working out, bike riding, driving muscle cars,, going to parties, shopping or just hanging out at home.. But whatver you do.. relax, recharge and get set for the next week,.. But most of all we are closer to NFL football!! yeah.. Training camps are opening this month,, open practises, fan days at staduims.. Pre season games.. A chance to dream about winning it all. My take,, this year.. I see a new team winning it, as much as The Ravens have reloaded,, Its just so difficult to repeat,, especially in this day in age.. But hey.. Who knows,.? Thats why we love sports. Its the drama, the trends , the stats , we follow.. its the injurie reports, the free agent signings. its the chemistry.. that counts the most. who really plays well together.?? But for everyone.. go out enjoy this fabulous friday.. Go have fun this weekend and of course drive safe and look out for the other guys or gals out there.. I know. Im in the right of way..    Its always exciting right before a UFC.. MMA fight card,, because all the fights including prelims.. are full of excitement and final decisions.. Unlike boxing.. where the scoring is hidden and often times decisions are more dramatic than the fight,. But Combat sports are simple,, Who kicks ass before the other guy does... Its simple its barbaric and its the most exciting sport to watch.. Tonight,, we will see Silva,, the ultimate champion that has all the skills and mind set to over power and devfeat the strong and game Weidman... I see a brutal assault on both sides, but silva's clever defensive skills and mentall pressure will finally give him a knockout win.. My other prediction the filipino Munuz will batter Boetch and have one of the exciting striking matches.. There is a total of 11 bouts,.. and I expect excitement from the first fight and until the main event.. Enjoy tonight and witness why UFC is king.. Also your going to see a true champion with such dynamic skills and mental toughness at its best. Anderson Silva may not look like a monster , but his build and knowledge is monstrous and he is one of the reasons.. People want to watch UFC AND MMA fights.. he's a master and a true ambassador to the sport.. He has shown over the years,, how to win ,, in so many ways,, and his diversity and talents displayed tonight will win you over.. along with Jon Jones, We have to of the best fighters on the planet both part of the UFC.. and the very reason,, people cant wait for the next UFC fight card..   In life some things need to be separated , like oil and water , fire and ice,, match and a gas.. Why? First off they counter act or over react to one another. But in life ,, we all meet people or persons that seem like the real deal? The true friend , that twin so to speak.. But like anything that is too close for comfort or too alike............ Jealousy , attention seeking thoughts or ideals come through,,, and well how great it may have been .. in the end.. it was not worth the efforts? I know.. what am I trying to say ? In a nut shell, I'm saying if you meet someone that says they are with you all the way and you agree or suckered into that belief.. In the end.. its not true.. when someone is complementing you ,, they are really feeding their own egos.. they are really telling you what they think of themselves,, But like so many men or women.. alike,, we all like to hear great things about us,, Its human nature,. we want to be happy, and we want to have fun.. especially the older we get,, we know time is running down on us., i always thought when i get older I would develop patience.. Guess what? Not true if anything. the older you get the less patient you get and less tolerant of those personalities that are annoying,,. Like those goody too shoes always smiling types,, or the YES MAN. people always agree.. Lets face it.. most people want to hear the truth from true friends,, that's why it hurts when they say the truth,,. But if you want to grow up or succeed in life, you cant be afraid of the truth.. It makes you grow and makes you decide what you want in life.. As I got older I wanted to relive my youth, and guess what,, it has been fun,, or still is, But I also want to raise my family the right way with correct values,, I want them to be the men I want them to become ,, respect people that give it back and honor those that honor one another.. Be wary of demanding and manipulative people, be wary of fakes or hypocrites,, say one thing but their actions or past Action's dictate what they are.. In addition,, listening to someone that has been divorced ,, telling you or advising you on marriage,, is well stupid.. and I'm guilty of that,, I ate it up because they were sweet talking and said the right things and of course studied pscychology ideas and techiniques.. But guess what? Thats why we live.. We are gonna face and meet people of all kinds of shapes and thoughts,, Its up to us if we engage in such friendships,, In addition,, trust your instincts and first impressions.. Your inner voice or conscience sometimes give you warning signs or social cues to take warnings,, I should of listened,., My first impression of my so called true friend,, is what I think of them now,.... Attention seeking , selfish , self promoting arrogant , never satisfied , I don't care attitude.. Do any of you like that as a friend or best friend,, I think not,, But like anything in life,, everything has a shelf life or life cycle,, we just had to play itself out.. What was once the coolest friendship,, Now,, its embarrassing and forbidden.. But its ok.. We are going on.. like you expect anyone of our ages or what.. Its just.. a shame.. no one thought about having self control,, or what.. ? But what do expect when you have similar thinking people with attention seeking needs and and egos beyond the measurement of human consumption.. Two of a kind,, can be more like the explosion of mass production.. So what is the lesson or moral to the story,, Its simple.. if its too good to be true,, is usually is.. and trust your guts and first impressions.. if not make judgements right away, at least be wary ..of those that want to or so interested in your life.. Because they might be using you as a experiment or research or worse yet,, just love playing with your emotions,, because they don't have any,, People that play with peoples emotions and think its ok,, are not the types of people that develop true friendships and great family ties,, But that's their problem.. because they were concerned about feeling good, than being good, they were concerned about their needs than the needs of  others.. but some people are used to that , because in life ,, they got to their status because they know how to say and do the things you need to succeed, Perhaps.. I need to adopt those ways,, But I'm the crowd that respects dignity and self respect and look to have my family proud of everything I do.. Another lesson... if you hide what you are doing ,, than its probably not a good thing to do,, and that's the difference between people with true characters,, and those that are shady characters.. I don't need those types.. and I'm glad ,, I'm free from that friendship and family ties that don't agree with my life style.. You know what.. Its mind over matter. I dont mind because you don't matter, and opinions are like ass holes,, everyone has one and they all stink.. !! Too much of a good thing,, that is so true,, if anything My lesson in this blog,., is simple, Be balanced in your life and be wary of those that are too interested in your life and what you have done,, Chances are,, they are more intrigued about why you act that way , than how to help you.. Its hard to define ,, at times,, because when one is caught up in the friendship. relationship.. we think the best of each others intentions.. But when the end comes down.. You realize,, that betrayal and not confessing your mistakes or misjudgements ,, and lastly failure to apologize for their actions,, Is a clear signal.. that they were just shadows,, or mirrors of one another. In other words,, they just imitated or reflected what you want to see or hear.. Not true representations,, but just lies, lies, and fabrications of friendship,. So what do you expect,,? nothing.. I expect nothing from people that have true love, or true feelings about human relationships.. You cant give what you don't have? How can you expect anyone to love you, when they don't know what real love is,, How can you get respect from people that dont have it in themselves.. You can share care if you don't have it,, am i right. ok,, its like if you dont have money, how can you share it with others,, you cant!! Its the same with love, respect and care.. You cant give it to others if you don't know what it is and don't carry it with you,, true love or friendship,, takes true time and care to develop..and I mean.. it takes time,, like years to develop, not weeks , or months,, or a few parties together.. But like foolish teenagers in a mid life crisis,, some people do foolish things and some of us,, Can admit it and leafrn form it,, while others like to point fingers and play the blame game,,, ok.. its cool,, I don't need those types of people in my family life or friendship.. Its not the only time a family tie or friend has betrayed and abandoned me.. and to be honest , I',m more disappointed than angry .. about the denials and blame game accusations, but hey.. Life goes on,, and we live and learn.. I have a great wife of 23 years and great kids,, and the best and weirdest , fun loving fb book friends on this planet and I love you all,. and I appreciate all the likes on all my blogs.... dance postings and thoughts of the day.. We all enjoy one another and I plan to be Me.. and Lets have a great day and life.. !!!

  What a show? Mayweather his usual conceited , bragging arrogant self.. Boxings Oakland raiders except he wins.. haha,, But anyways,, His comments were classic Ali , and classic in your face.. I gor a kick out of whating Oscar dela ruenta.. expressions.. face.. What a joke he was? But anyways.. Mayweather love him or hate .. He's the saviour of boxing.. Not Pacquiao.. Mayweather makes you bet for him or against him.. and he's the real deal.. despite his trash talk. He knows boxing and defensive boxing,.. that's Why he wins,, in all sports,, if you have a outstanding defense, you win championships and have dynasty's,, I'm sorry the greatest offense doesnt always win championship,, ask the Air Coryell days or the Patriots of today , all the offensive weapons, but a average defense,, But this is the Maweather show,, He is a showman abd knows how to keep boxing in the limelight,, Its gonna be sad when he retires, because as good as Pacquiao is,,, he doesnt have the same magnetism or flair as Mayweather and besides Pacquiao has been on losing streak because he doesnt care for the sport like he used to, and even if he fought mayweather , irs not the same fight because of age and ring beatings,, But today,, hail to the king, even you hate him,, Because for now or until he retires, he is keeping boxing competitive with MMA.. barely,. But before he retires,, Lets hope they give us the big fight,, even though its years past its prime.. But next month,, watch the fight,, because canelo is strong , and agressive, and will have moments,, But he lacks the defensive skills or the mental toughness to deal with a precise jab and great fight plan.. Mayweather can fight any style , but choosing the safety first style,, and thats why he's dominating for 17 years,, But I  know they will hype the young kid,, and like the rest will get his ass kicked,, The only true peer , is Pacquiao,, pacman is losing interest, not skills, thats why he poor performance's,, But a match with the King, will bring back the Pacman and perhaps give boxing that one night is supreme dominance in the combative arts,, But until then. Happy Independence Day- Inspired by my fellow Veterans..
 Happy 4th of July.. Time to break out the barbecue pits, the sun tan lotion, the great foods and drinks.. The family games,, and just relaxing for a day,But food for thought.. Many veterans from many wars have died for freedom for you.,,, I mean.. Even for a moment just think about the many military men and women who have fought and died for the freedom , we all take for granted at times.. The reason we can go to parks and beaches and have fun.. is taken for granted,, Many nations around the world,, are jealous of our freedoms and our way of life.. I know I have been around the world,, But guess what,, Freedom isn't free, you must know your rights and defend them and be passionate about your country,, it may not be perfect , but its still one of the best places to live.. Enjoy it , but don't take it for granted,, and most of all Be aware of news and whats going on.. Your a citizen of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.. we all should be informed with current events and have thoughtful beliefs.. But for now,, Enjoy the day.. and Have fun.. but do keep in mind.. those who have fought and died for freedoms we all love and enjoy.. Go out and have fun and remember and thank those veterans like myself that have made the sacrifice to defend this great nation...

THE NFL IS COMING....

THE NFL IS COMING....
   Yes, football is coming,, Training camps open up this month,, and all you 49ers , Raiders, Cardinals and yes Charger fans,, Its time to bring out the Jerseys m those old faded ball caps, the flags, the banners , the helmets, footballs all with team colors.. 
 Which team will win it all? The ravens repeat ? The Patriots , 49ers return to glory,, or how about the long shot picks.. Every year Vegas has odds for the long shots and all the teams.. and every year I make those picks.. 
 Now this year's long shot picks before training camps. before any feasible way of determining who will have the best team.. So what's my basis this year? pure unadulterated assumptions, predictions, fantasy , and of course gut feelings> I mean honestly did any of us think ray lewis , Joe flacco led ravens would win it all? Of course not,, I thought the usual suspect,, Patriots , Steelers, Giants, packers.. But they all failed in a sense,. Because of all the realities of the NFL.. injuries, spoiled brats not doing their part.. Coaches having brain dead play calls.. and just the fact.. We had surprise teams rise up.. 
 Now my long shot picks..
  The buffalo bills. yes, they have been Very talented but unknown receiving corp.. fantasy league , look out for Steve Johnson.. 82 receptions and over 1000 YDS . thats impressive,, and Qb Fitzpatrick is solid.. he's accurate and makes few mistakes and knows how to manage the game.. The bills are going to be overlooked and with the Patriots having issues at the tight end position, and emotionally issues dealing with the Arian Hernandez deal.. I know Bill B, will do his best to keep to the team focused , but this is the new nfl.. distractions and players today are just exposed to many social medias..The patriots have a huge obstacle to overcome,.but I still consider them a contender , but Tom Brady has alot of leading to do this year,. more than ever... My long shot pick on the NFC.. THE ARIZONA CARDINALS.. yes.. another team since losing to the STEELERS in the SUPERBOwl.. HAVE GONE INTO A tail spin.. But I see that team has a soilid corp of talent and Larry Fitgerald is a beast,, I know the trend is Megatron,, but I always like Larry's physicality and speed.. He needs a quarterback to get him the ball.. Let's hope it happens this year,, But those are my long shots.. the Usual contenders are always in vogue,, The Patriots, Ravens, Packers , Saints, 49ers,.. Broncos,, Giants.. But who are the new contenders this year??
   Seahawks.. Cowboys, Chargers , raiders.. are my surprise picks for wild card spots.. I see these teams.. rising up because of good quarterback play, running games and solid defensive play,,, I know The Chargers and Raiders both wild cards,, But it can happen.. I see these two teams,.. revamped and ready to make a statement.. The Raiders have been down too long.. We need them to be great again... they are the true villain's of league.. not the Patriots or Giants.. The raiders are the team the league loves to hate... The wild , hell raisers that don't care.. about anything but brutal football.. Its time and I think the fastest wide receiving corps in the league and the leagues fastest running back in Mcfadden is finally going to explode.. Barring injury ,, The raiders return to the playoffs and if the Chargers don't pan out I see the raiders representing the AFC WEST in the wild card spot.. Man,., Lets get ready for some fun football. Well I know its summer time,, enjoy the beach, the back yard parties , the beer runs,. the fireworks.. Because this year will be the year of the upsets and the new beginnings,,. and Lets enjoy it all.. NFL is coming and are you ready??
