A True Friend is.. Inspired by someone I know..
A true friend is someone you trust with everything , is someone that accepts you for what you are , or where you have been, A true friend tells you the truth even if it hurts your pride or ego or what? A true friend is truly a gift , because I have lived a rather long life and to say I have a true friend is truly hard to declare. I know people say a lot of things to be your true friend, But talk is cheap. Rather I base my relationship of a friend of what they do ,and what they do when not prompted. True friends do because they want to.. They do because they feel the love and passion in their hearts and minds.. Often times , friends or true friends don't always please us with their choices and decisions , but that's life, we all cant agree or like the same things , but a true friend stays with you , even with others persecute you or label you a dirt bag or traitor or what? But a true friend stays beside you and walks through the fire of rumors or innuendo's, because that's what a true friend does.
To me,, I need a true friend when things are going bad , or troubles race through my mind,, that's when you need a true Friend, its easy to be a friend if thing's are going well, But a true act of a true friend is when things go bad and you need advice , you need instruction or a ear to listen to your troubles. But we all know some people really don't care about your troubles,. why? because a lot of us have troubles of own.. That's why to really find some to listen to you is something special and a true gift in life.
Life is gift and we all need to enjoy the fruits of that. by loving your family and enjoying the true friends or friend you have. Because in the end,. the true friends will fight for you m they will cry for you and need be , they will die for you.. I mean ..think about it,, if you saw your true friend being violated or hurt , would you step in? That's where you decide if you have a true friend.. For me,, I know I have true friends and because I know they Love their privacy , I wont mention them , per se,, but I want to say thank you for being there, and keeping me safe, and most of all, believing in me when others including family thought otherwise.. Its easy to be a true friend when things are great in life,, But it when things are troubling you and you need a shoulder to cry on or a compassionate ear to stand BY YOU ,, is when the true friendship comes into play..
I want to thank my true friends from my childhood and my lifetime and say with out you, God only knows where I would be, and I know God is watching over me to give me and guide me , with this will and my true friends staying with me.. In life to feel loved or wanted by someone is often times never achieved by many and I feel honored that I have felt love and still do by my family and true friends, and for that I;m grateful and blessed and I thank everyone in my life for helping getting through this thing called " life.." enjoy my friends and be true to those that are true to you,.,, Even if its only a hand full or less... I rather have few true friends than many fake ones...

NFL DRAFT 2013..
NFL DRAFT 2013..
The trend so far in this draft is offensive linemen.. This is a foundation , base grounding draft, No big names , but quality players,, As for the teams drafting players,, of course you draft your needs , but if you can find a PLAY MAKER.. offense or defense.. You have to go for it,, As for other considerations.. Whats the most important asset on a football team. The QB, but without a solid line,, the QB is a sitting duck...
The trends the past years teams that draft well , do well , the packers , falcons, ravens , patriots,, all have done well in the last few drafts and all have been winning teams and SUPER BOWL WINNERS, and the teams that have struggled,, charger, raiders , chiefs,don't do so well. Those teams mentioned have nothing to lose , and if they are serious about winning next season , they need to take chances ,move up, make trades,, and get creative , but the past drafts have not served them well,,
My last word on this draft, I'm hoping all the teams can rebuild and gives their fans a treat this year,, we all know every year our fans are always cheering their teams on.. Lest have a good draft and lets get to this season,, already!!!!

Wisdom Wednesday- Inspired by Home invasions..
Hello, everyone its a wonderful Wednesday April 24,2013, Many of you are going to work , or school or getting your kids ready for school. But as I was preparing breakfast a violent home invasion robbery.
The words of wisdom to prevent that, lock your door all the time, don't answer doors to solicitors, or so called religious adviser's.. Why? Simple they are fishing for information,who's at home , how many people live there? and such.. Thus , don't answer and if you do don't volunteer information on how many adults live there or working schedules. Why? You are giving these crooks a chance to schedule their break in.. I know this may sound like a paranoid person talking.. But based on past experiences and stories from victims, those are the reason they were cleaned out so to speak.. and I gather a lot of us work too hard and take pride n our goods that we don't want some low life , crooking punk ass to take our stuff. Don't get me wrong , I want the police to catch them all. But lets get real,, At times you have to defend yourself.. whatever means possible. I own guns , swords, knives , fighting sticks.. and I wouldn't hesitate to use them to protect my family and its contents. So , words of wisdom today..

5) in possible park a car in the drive way..
6) don't let newspapers out , it means your on vacation or you have been gone awhile, have neighbor pick it up for you , or call newspaper to hold until you get back.
7) vary your routes going to work and back.
8) if possible have timers on your lights -- vary the times
9) have security lights in the front and back of the house,'
10) if you have the money, back a security monitor video system,, its peace of mind knowing you have a recorder of criminal activity.
Lastly , I just want to say that be aware and be vigilant, if you suspect any criminal activity , call the police and write down description's of person , people or vehicles.

Anything worth having - takes a lot of work - Inspired by someone I knew..
In life , anything worth having takes a lot of work. If its difficult than its worth having. I know that's so true, whether its relationships , friendships or goals. If you work it out and stick it out you will bear the fruits of your endeavors.. Like my wife, she made me work for her love and I was so overjoyed when we finally dated and eventually married. Its strange how men think ? At times men , forget how hard it was to win someones love, or save up money for the dream house and dream car,, Men,, just naturally take things for granted and only when they almost lose everything , is when men wake up , but sometimes the damage one man does to a loving woman , can be so much that .. too much damage cant be repaired. In other words you run out of second or third chances.. But a lot of men ,, like to feel good, and when they do that , they neglect family and such,, But like life,, sometimes,, you need to be broken down to get back up.. and that's the true character of a man. A true man, in the heat of battle or stress, rises up from that and fights for what he believes in.. A lot of times , men fight for the wrong thing. But having integrity and self pride in being a true man. Say what you mean and do it.. is one of the terms I learned from a dear friend and I want to thank them for that,, We are all humans and we all yearn for human acceptance and love,, a lot of us want too much , like myself , and that can be destructive to a family, and I learned my lesson,, But like life,, its a journey it a process , its living. No one is immune to pain and suffering , or making bad decisions. But its the person that realizes their mistakes and corrects them. Its the ones that make the same ones over and over and not acknowledging their wrong doings.. That's where ethics and morals come into play. Those that have it, feel it and become successful in relationships , friendships and career. One must understand oneself and what they are before they can relate and be part of a family , friendship or community. The others , well you see the news events of killings and bombings and other horrible events. Those people lost touch with reality and life and their choices to destroy others is what they feel is their destiny or manifesto,, How wrong they are ? But we all have to reach out to those in need, because the life you save maybe yourself,. If you really call yourself a friend , you reach out to those in despair and asking for advice or a caring ear. We all cant solve problems on your own, but we all can care and love one another and have understanding and perspective .. The only way to do that is to listen to other points of view and carry them in your heart and mind.. Some people hear you , and others just listen.. The ones that hear you are the ones that care and the ones just passively listening are the ones that are just in it for their own good.. Check it out next time you speak with someone , and they are constantly interrupting you or asking you to repeat things..

For me loving relationships with my family and friends and enjoying the benefits of strong bonds that many people pray for .. My benefits from the military has been awesome and all those lonely and stressful years in the navy.. make it all worth it now.. I'm living each day as it may be my last ad I enjoy being around people that make me happy and I love my life and how its going!! I wish all of you to have that state of mind , that embrace today , because it is indeed a gift,, that's why they call it the 'PRESENT" ,, Enjoy and be happy.. Its a simple motto and smile and share happiness , to make someone happy even for a moment is the greatest gift you can give to anyone , anytime , anywhere!!

The passing of the Torch.. Inspired By Brandon ..
The Passing of the torch.. Inspired by Brandon..
I had a wonderful time last night, April 17,2013 AT TEMESCAL CANYON HIGH SCHOOL's dance performances,, I was nervous , I was excited,, But once I saw my good looking , and very smart and talented son Brandon,, show to me and his mama.. That's he's the real deal , as well as his crew and friends. I really enjoyed watching a well planned , and great performances from every dance crew.. It was a fun night,, and I also realized , that he's the man now.. He's the dancer I wanted to be back then or even now.. I know people say I'm a good dancer,, I'm ok,, I think I'm a better actor than dancer, but thanks for the praise anyways.. But watching him.. perform and hearing all the praise and applause from the crowd was amazing,, and I must say,, It makes me very proud.. and perhaps I can stop controlling my weight , and stop all the other age defying remedies and just be the middle age man,, that is ultimately going to happen.. It was special to see the happiness in his eyes and his gratitude we came and watched him perform.. It was a special night and a AHA ,, moment for me. It was he's the true dancer , the true talent,, Me.. I was a dreamer with no direction or guts? But Now I'm seeing what I could of become ?? He's not only a awesome dancer , but a true man,, A educated person that also possess character,,Honesty, hard working and truly sincere, its something I admire and I'm so proud of him. He is not only my son, but his is my best friend, my mentor, my dance partner , my confidant , and My idol.. I love how he handles everything, He's a true man, and I'm proud that I got to see him grow up in front of eyes.. It was revealing and refreshing and most of all,, he's my son,, that I love and respect so much. I love him and his friends and crew are so lucky to have such a cool and talented person in the group. I know that they appreciate his humility and his creativity.. It was a night I will never forget and no doubt ,,the passing of the torch.. he is the best dancer in the family and a true man with character.. I know now, my place now.. is watch and root him on, because he has all the moves and looks that can make him whatever he chooses to be,.. and a Proud father that will support him forever!! Yes , indeed its the passing of the torch.. and I'm gonna love the ride for the rest of my life,, Great job Brandon.. Keep it up and thank you for being a great son and a great talent for all to share and enjoy!!'

Am I happy ? Inspired by someone I know..
Am I happy? , Its seems no matter what , I get this feeling.. Its doesn't matter if I just had the best talk with my wife , or best friends or watched my favorite Movies.. at times , I reflect on what my life means? Sure I have kids , that have grown up and I have many family and friends that have married and gone on with their lives. But the most troubling thing I realize is time ... Yes , time is running down,, Time to live, time to play time to be happy? Like what makes people happy, material wealth , friendships, relationship with God,, I mean we all yearn for the peace of mind , that happy monent that Will last forever! Many of us , are now entering the last phases of our life, Am, I right, We lived through Jr high , high school football , parties , dances , proms.. break ups , make ups,, career success, and now we look for what? Whats left the growing up of our kids , grand kids , and watching our relatives mature and live life.. Its special to see the ones you love to be happy, But like I said , it doesn't matter if I had a great talk or listened to my favorite music, its all the same.. I get lonely , I get sad, why? Maybe because ,, the one thing want,, and its not there, The one thing I yearn for is not there.. Is it my fault , maybe I'm looking to hard , maybe I should just accept what's in front of me.. But it seems Im never satisfied , with myself , with others,, I cant explain how I feel because I have lived this way fro all my life.. I do know I like to have fun, I like to be playful,, and I like people to like me.. a lot of the times,, at the expense to those that care and love me.. Can I change ? Maybe, or maybe not,, I don't need to,, I mean, why should I,, ? I mean ,, If I'm happy and I'm not hurting others, but it seems.. my actions or no actions, seem to hurt the ones I love, and to them I'm sorry, I wish I could just shut off , that part of me that's yearns for attention and affection.. I have hurt for so many years and been lonely ,, I'm looking for happiness and for those that really want to be part of my life,, you have to deal with it,, if not ,, I'm sorry,, even if it hurts you and You hate that part of my personality, I'm not ready to change or atleast not yet. I know people , men or women may think I'm bad,, and to them I cant or want to change your minds,. I'm being me.. But you know something , I'm good with the way I live,, and I'm blessed with people that truly understand me,, and believe me I have had many people wonder , curse and even hate me for the way I act or live my life. Its a strange happening to be in my life, you have to be open and honest and even free spirited, and you cant judge me,, if you do,, then your doomed to be a part of my life.. My life is complex and its me.. and I understand the life is a journey , and we all have to make choices and decisions ,, some bad , some good,, and if your really love me,, you let me do my thing and don't ever question my feelings or desires for you.,. I'm not hard to figure, but I'm hard to please. I'm a high standard person that wants my relationships to be there,, Be here and be with me.. and enjoy the moment.. because why dwell on the past , or worry about the future. Live for today and be happy,, and Am I happy? ,, Is anyone truly happy. I feel everyone looks for happiness on a daily basis and if you can find that person, to fill that void , you are lucky and blessed , because it seems,, I look , and look, and all I see is the same old,, I want you , as a play thing , I want you .. to be my show off thing,,, But can anyone want me for being me,, Yes,, that fun loving , thoughtful, and honest person that lives to love,, and loves to live,, because true happiness comes from within,,, and not from other material or like wise forces.. Am I happy? I'm as happy as the next laugh , the next smile, the next song I sing or the next dance I do... Yes,, I'm happy , now Are you???

But you know something , I'm good with the way I live,, and I'm blessed with people that truly understand me,, and believe me I have had many people wonder , curse and even hate me for the way I act or live my life. Its a strange happening to be in my life, you have to be open and honest and even free spirited, and you cant judge me,, if you do,, then your doomed to be a part of my life.. My life is complex and its me.. and I understand the life is a journey , and we all have to make choices and decisions ,, some bad , some good,, and if your really love me,, you let me do my thing and don't ever question my feelings or desires for you.,. I'm not hard to figure, but I'm hard to please. I'm a high standard person that wants my relationships to be there,, Be here and be with me.. and enjoy the moment.. because why dwell on the past , or worry about the future. Live for today and be happy,, and Am I happy? ,, Is anyone truly happy. I feel everyone looks for happiness on a daily basis and if you can find that person, to fill that void , you are lucky and blessed , because it seems,, I look , and look, and all I see is the same old,, I want you , as a play thing , I want you .. to be my show off thing,,, But can anyone want me for being me,, Yes,, that fun loving , thoughtful, and honest person that lives to love,, and loves to live,, because true happiness comes from within,,, and not from other material or like wise forces.. The last stand of an Good Man.. Inspired by heartache..
All I ever wanted to do in life was perform and share my talents and skills, but that hope and dream was destroyed when I met a older woman, back when I was young and dum aspiring actor,, I let Love or what I thought was love interfere with my desire to an artist,, I put away my heart and soul to be with her, and for what , on reflection, I instead suffered though the worst six years of my life,, and now,, after all these years , here we go again.. I mean,, let me say this, when someone says something and they mean it,, do they really ? I mean words are a powerful statement and often times , people think its cool to play on those words and and to be honest, I rather be kicked in the nuts , then to suffer emotional and psycholoigical pain. I have seen too many heart aches and seen too many injuries and death in my life.. The death of school friends , too young to die and the deaths of my mother and mother in law were devastating , even to this day, I still cant shake the feeling they are gone.. They were vefry special to me, and they still haunt my hopes and dreams,. Just the very thought of them bring tears and joy , but the pain of them being gone is unbearable , to the point its like I cant breath and my chest is tightening and my thoughts are so clustered and unfocused. But as every tragedy I suffered and will suffer, makes me die .. Not physically , well not yet , but the pain of heartbreak is so real. You feel the pain in your heart , your blood pressure rises and you feel all achy and sore, and you feel like you cant go on,, and if you don't recover , chances are you wont. I know all the pain and suffering probably has taken its toll on my heart and soul,, and I cant explain the feelings I have right now, othetr than, I have lost faith in human relationships, friendships and the like.. Yes, I'm gonna be there,, right? for what or for whom? Everyone uses everyone else for something, and that's the sad part about life. A lot of people just want their needs met, who gives a flying rat ass, what the other person is going through.. I never wanted to do harm to anyone ,whether its my video postings or blogs.. I did those things because I was inspired by many of my facebook friends or friends I thought I really had.. To be honest ,, I realize , I don't have as many so called true friends .. Its seems , once they get what they want from me, they go on,, and no wonder people , like my sister , my real sister , don't engage in human emotions,, I mean what for? to be hurt , to be lied to, to be humiated , to be destroyed in public, to wreck your reoutation and image , for what ? for friendship , for compainionship , .. Come on people ,, I never did anything to harm my family and friends and yet I'm made out to look like the bad guy.. the attention seeker , the frustrated actor that didn't make it , why? Because he thought Love for woman,, could keep his aspirations in tack.. In other words I sold my soul and my let go of my hopes and dreams for an older , wiser , smarter woman that not only used and abused me, but mentally destroyed me forever, and how can I recover another such heart ache,, Its not that hard to open up to someone you thought you can trust forever , but to only be tossed and discarded like your nothing, I should of known better to trust anyone with my feelings and open thoughts, But that's ok.. that will never happen again, and I suggest all of you who read this, take note,, be wary who you trust , even the most sincere and thoughtful sentiments of a woman or man, can be so fragile and painful.. HOW ANYONE CAN Live that way is really sad, I mean to play with someones emotions is the cruelest thing a man or woman can do. So just be careful, in fact , I'm never going to show that side to anyone , well maybe through blogs and such, but as far as facebook, or face to face contact.. that free - spirited, joyful person is gone.. and The real life, realistic, and pragmatic person is the one that will cope with the Jungle.. I don't need human spirits to make me happy. I find joy in my family and my life,, and the power from God.. THE ART OF FRIENDSHIP - INSPIRED BY BEST FRIENDS..
The art of friendship? Its not based on scientific research or readings from books My take is totally and wholeheartedly based on life experiences.
To me friendship is a delicate wonder almost like air, hard to define or contain , but when you don't have it it can be deadly.. We yearn for friendship.. Zumba dance friends, movie friends, emotional friends,, But to have a true friend that cares for you is something rare and hard to find.. Most friends or people don't want to make that emotional commitment based on the fact, the more you open up to people and share your ideas, the more vulnerable you are to getting hurt.. And we ll know humans don't like to get hurt , emotionally psychologically anything.. Its hurts when you lose someone, I know I have lost my mama, my best friends , my shipmates, and its doesn't matter how they die, it hurt the same.. Thus,, for awhile I put a façade, a image of epic proportions.. I mean, how much pain can a sane person take, so for many years I never really got close to anyone,, I chose to be free spirit and mind.. It was lonely, but it was safe,, It was easy to do in Japan ,, but when I returned to the United States, I reunited with child hood friend and it has been very special and heart warming., But because I'm such a demanding and attentive grabbing friend, He backed off and to be honest it hurt, and I was in as sense lonely again.. But you know,, God does work in mysterious ways,, enter my nw best friend and to be honest , the best of best friends.. It hasn't been a long relationship of friendship,, but once we began talking , we realized there was a bond a vibe , that is undeniable and special..we have had many long talks and many deep thoughtful conversations about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, we also sometimes just talk about nothing,, which is another definition of friendship.. I know in life when you have something special , you go with it,,, I never thought that I had a twin,, but you heard the stories about how for every person In the world you have a twin,, in this case, its so true, we both feel sad , or feel happy at the same time, when we sing we have a connection,, not a love or sexual one, but a emotional vibe that defies explanation,, Its only a song but the feelings and emotions as we sing is something else,, I know people are saying,, people should just stick to their partners for emotional , support..but we all know we are humans that are always striving to be loved and feel special.. In life if someone can make you happy , why wouldn't you want that. That's my definition of friendship in a nutshell. You do because you want to,,You don't try to hurt one another and learn to protect one another.. a TRUE Friend just makes you feel comfortable in what you say or do, your no ashamed to be yourself. A lot of the times because of life and career and public image , we don't want to destroy that persona, thus , when we do find someone that is funand a free spirit,, we don't hesitate to gravitate to that person. Its almost like therapy to be able to open and free and not worry about sexual demands or even friendship demands,, A true friend is there no matter what, even when you are away for weeks or months and doing things,, when you get back,, you reconnect,, or when you are so busy you forget to call or text,, because your just doing what you are doing,, The fact your not worried about your true friends emotions and egos , makes a friendship ever more appealing,, That's why true best friends , male or female or or what? Just feels so good, because I have lived a pretty long life and I have had my many shares of love affairs and best friends and to find one that is bar far the best ever , is not only life enhancing ,but a blessing disguise,, that's one thing you can recreate or fake or manufacture,, that is a connection a vibe between two people, either you have it or not,, But its wonderful when you do find that emotional blanket that is there when you need it.. Day or night week in or week out.. year in and year out..I know I enjoy the many monetary and material possessions I have collected over the years, but to be honest to have a true friend , best friend is something much more treasure able to me than any out fit, electronics and yes even muscle car,, Because that state of being in tune in line with someone is a rare air quality and I'm excited that I have such connections with my best friends , true friends and loving wife and family.. You only go through life once and often times people never feel what I'm feeling ? Because they don't want they don't want to allow themselves to be exposed or vulnerable,, to open up ones heart and mind to a stranger and hope and pray they never betray you is a strength and courage a lot of people ar not willing to take,, but you know something I'm willing to risk and take chances and and If I get hurt because I opened my feelings and thoughts , than so be it,, You know the saying I would rather loved than never have loved,,, or I rather be a has been , than a never was.. Yea.. a true friend really is rare and special and if anyone of you have a chance to feel good about yourself,, Why not? I know society says,, your husband and wife and kids are the ones that provide the feelings of worth,, But we all know kids grow up , and move on and even your wife and husband feelings change and move on to,, not to say they don't care for you anymore, but everything in life has a cycle , a life cycle,, and at times it has the very highs and the very lows,, what happens is when the lows hit and couples wonder if their love is the same or not... My take,, love never ends , it just people neglect one another and it slowly ends.,. Like a a garden , if you neglect it m no matter what good intentions you have,, actions speak louder than intentions or words,, In life or in love.. you must work at itevery day and like a true friendship.. the work entails,, just being open and honest and enjoying each others company,,, Its a simple formula for friendship , love and life , but many people get caught up with other loves.. like money , wealth , material things,, ego,, and go through life just drifting and thinking they are happy.. But my friends , my true happiness I realize is having caring , loving true friendship's and relationships that not only enhance me , but give me true happiness today , tomorrow and forever!! The art of friendship is simple,,,,,, be open , honest about yourself so others can share in your joy and peace that makes the whole life process a joyous and enhancing experience..'

NFL DRAFT APRIL 26-28 ,2013.. THE SOURCE'S VIEW.
NFL DRAFT. APRIL 26-28, 2013,, THE SOURCE'S VIEW...
The draft is coming , that is the NFL DRAFT.. Well its clear,, Every team has needs and every team wants to make the upcoming year a great one.. Even the SUPER BOWL Champions Baltimore Ravens are going to be hard pressed to repeat , and help that defensive team get younger.. But all in all, we as fans are excited and we should be!! Its the spring thing , the Spring Fever.. Its one of the most favorite times of the year.. Why? The flowers are blooming , sunny bright skies and women and men are wearing less, and showing off their beautiful bodies and faces.. Its a time for a change!!
Now.. for the next 26 days I will either make Team by team analysis or a Divisional analysis of all the teams. So you Oakland Raiders, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos , Jacksonville Jaguars, Washington Redskins,, Houston Texans, to name a few , these are teams with family living there.. hehe..
But my take is take the best player available,., regardless if its your need a what? I feel to many teams look for needs and fail to go for that player star player.. I mean who passes on randy moss, or LT , or what but teams have done it in the past. Thus being ridiculed and destined to jokes forever!!
Now the San Diego Chargers are first on the block so to speak regarding what they need or who they need to draft.. OFFENSIVE TACKLE.. OFFENSIVE TACKLE, OFFENSIVE LINEMEN,. yes. this is not only a glaring need , but a necessity to keep Rivers alive or able to complete a contract. The past 3 years he has taken a beating and to be honest , probably shortened his career by years,. But whatever years he has left , 3 or 4 at the most,, The Chargers need to protect him.. He threw the most picks and fumbled the ball more times than any other quarterback , other than Glamour boy Mark Sanchez.. but Rivers is head over heels better than the SO CAL BOY,, or at least Charger fans hope so..??
Now the Chargers have the 11th pick over all..
The top picks at LT are ... Eric Fisher from Central Michigan..Lane Johnson from the BCS champions Oklahoma.. DJ. FLUKER FROM - ALABAMA.. any or all of these guys were be spectacular. The chargers need to rebuilkd that line is this draft and free agency or trades ., fr the Bolts to have any chance in the WILD WILD AFC WEST ..
As for other needs ,,, I say lets give those high priced free agents signings another chance,, Meachem and Royal.. and Lets hope Mathews and Battle stay healthy and more consistent,, although I feel the Chargers need to draft a RB late in ghe draft.. my favorites.. Eddie Lacy Alabama.. Joe Randle Oklahoma St. Montee Ball Wisconsin.. I like these guys they are durable , smaller size and consistent runners.. but by the time the Chargers get around to drafting a RB,, I LIKE KERWYN WILLIAMS OF UTAH ST,, but any durable , good size and someone that will scare the hell out of ryan Mathews .. losing a starting job does wonders to your work ethic and whether or not you play hurt or not,., He needs a reminder,, NFL really does stand for NOT FOR LONG..
The other needs ,, we need acorner,, Jammer and Cason may be gone because of money issues and just inconsistent play.. Jammer I think age has finally caught up to a average player and moving him to safety sounds good in theory ,but playing in such open space for the first time in your career , maybe a chance the new coach doesn't want to take and I don't blame him,.. There are some talented corners in the draft,, My favorite,, jamar taylor from Boise st,,, or Logan Rogers from Rutgers.. or if they get lucky Desmond Trufant from Washington... but CB is a need regardless they keep those two players or not. Not everything needs to be addressed this year , but you must prepare for the future...
The Tightend situation. I love Gates, but the career chronic foot issues seem to be catching up to him. He is still a threat , but he doest demand as much attention,, and with the chargers having true wide out issues,, someone has to emerge, for Gates to be effective,, Lets see what happens,. But I like his back up green.. Has talent and speed , he just need More tutoring and more muscle mass,, If he works it right he should learn a lot form future hall of famer gates,,
Special Teams we have very good kicker and punter and Spurlock has been the surprise when royal , faded. hopefully he can do it again, and either royal and or spurlock be that slot guy rivers will need while the newly formed offensive line gets better this year..
The Chargers run defense was their strength,, but their secondary pass coverage is what burned them last year.. Plus the chargers having trouble running the ball and controlling the clock.. The bolts struggles in close tight games.. THE CHARGERS have talented and potential players, but this is the NFL.. you need to show it.. Its not a paper league or what have u done in college,, Its what can you do, and can you do it week in and week out,,, This will make and break the defense is the development and health of this young group..
The same goes for Defensive line, they played well when healthy , but battled too many down times.. The new coach and strength conditioning program will alleviate what has plagued the chargers during the Nervous Norv era.. Who knows this new program may restore gates lost strength and power, time will tell for this defense and the rest of the team..
Last by nit least,, Rivers,, a one time Pro bowl selection and star player,, He has fallen on tough times, mainly because he has a horrible offensive line and average wide outs, The loss of Vincent Jackson , may haunt the Chargers and rivers forever. I like Alexander , but his has chronic knee issue that were not seen last year , a fluke? The Vincent brown home Town boy is my secret weapon and lets hope the season of rest and rehab , will get him faster and stronger than ever,, and the high priced free agents,, Meachem and Royal.. lets hope they can earn that big pay, if not those poor picks and high pay will haunt the chargers for years unless the young players step up! I think they will..
Lastly, the NFL DRAFT is a fun time because we all are rooting for our teams, Every team starts from the beginning and we all hope and dream that "THIS IS THE YEAR!" that's what makes watching and following football so special.. Its this time of the year when you break out the drinks and chips and wear your favorite jersey and root for your team.. Lets hope all the NFL teams get what they want or need and lets enjoy draft day and preseason football ,, just around the corner..
But most of all enjoy spending time with family and friends that have their favorite teams.

Now.. for the next 26 days I will either make Team by team analysis or a Divisional analysis of all the teams. So you Oakland Raiders, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos , Jacksonville Jaguars, Washington Redskins,, Houston Texans, to name a few , these are teams with family living there.. hehe..
But my take is take the best player available,., regardless if its your need a what? I feel to many teams look for needs and fail to go for that player star player.. I mean who passes on randy moss, or LT , or what but teams have done it in the past. Thus being ridiculed and destined to jokes forever!!
Now the San Diego Chargers are first on the block so to speak regarding what they need or who they need to draft.. OFFENSIVE TACKLE.. OFFENSIVE TACKLE, OFFENSIVE LINEMEN,. yes. this is not only a glaring need , but a necessity to keep Rivers alive or able to complete a contract. The past 3 years he has taken a beating and to be honest , probably shortened his career by years,. But whatever years he has left , 3 or 4 at the most,, The Chargers need to protect him.. He threw the most picks and fumbled the ball more times than any other quarterback , other than Glamour boy Mark Sanchez.. but Rivers is head over heels better than the SO CAL BOY,, or at least Charger fans hope so..??
Now the Chargers have the 11th pick over all..
The top picks at LT are ... Eric Fisher from Central Michigan..Lane Johnson from the BCS champions Oklahoma.. DJ. FLUKER FROM - ALABAMA.. any or all of these guys were be spectacular. The chargers need to rebuilkd that line is this draft and free agency or trades ., fr the Bolts to have any chance in the WILD WILD AFC WEST ..
As for other needs ,,, I say lets give those high priced free agents signings another chance,, Meachem and Royal.. and Lets hope Mathews and Battle stay healthy and more consistent,, although I feel the Chargers need to draft a RB late in ghe draft.. my favorites.. Eddie Lacy Alabama.. Joe Randle Oklahoma St. Montee Ball Wisconsin.. I like these guys they are durable , smaller size and consistent runners.. but by the time the Chargers get around to drafting a RB,, I LIKE KERWYN WILLIAMS OF UTAH ST,, but any durable , good size and someone that will scare the hell out of ryan Mathews .. losing a starting job does wonders to your work ethic and whether or not you play hurt or not,., He needs a reminder,, NFL really does stand for NOT FOR LONG..
The other needs ,, we need acorner,, Jammer and Cason may be gone because of money issues and just inconsistent play.. Jammer I think age has finally caught up to a average player and moving him to safety sounds good in theory ,but playing in such open space for the first time in your career , maybe a chance the new coach doesn't want to take and I don't blame him,.. There are some talented corners in the draft,, My favorite,, jamar taylor from Boise st,,, or Logan Rogers from Rutgers.. or if they get lucky Desmond Trufant from Washington... but CB is a need regardless they keep those two players or not. Not everything needs to be addressed this year , but you must prepare for the future...
The Tightend situation. I love Gates, but the career chronic foot issues seem to be catching up to him. He is still a threat , but he doest demand as much attention,, and with the chargers having true wide out issues,, someone has to emerge, for Gates to be effective,, Lets see what happens,. But I like his back up green.. Has talent and speed , he just need More tutoring and more muscle mass,, If he works it right he should learn a lot form future hall of famer gates,,
Special Teams we have very good kicker and punter and Spurlock has been the surprise when royal , faded. hopefully he can do it again, and either royal and or spurlock be that slot guy rivers will need while the newly formed offensive line gets better this year..
The Chargers run defense was their strength,, but their secondary pass coverage is what burned them last year.. Plus the chargers having trouble running the ball and controlling the clock.. The bolts struggles in close tight games.. THE CHARGERS have talented and potential players, but this is the NFL.. you need to show it.. Its not a paper league or what have u done in college,, Its what can you do, and can you do it week in and week out,,, This will make and break the defense is the development and health of this young group..
The same goes for Defensive line, they played well when healthy , but battled too many down times.. The new coach and strength conditioning program will alleviate what has plagued the chargers during the Nervous Norv era.. Who knows this new program may restore gates lost strength and power, time will tell for this defense and the rest of the team..
Last by nit least,, Rivers,, a one time Pro bowl selection and star player,, He has fallen on tough times, mainly because he has a horrible offensive line and average wide outs, The loss of Vincent Jackson , may haunt the Chargers and rivers forever. I like Alexander , but his has chronic knee issue that were not seen last year , a fluke? The Vincent brown home Town boy is my secret weapon and lets hope the season of rest and rehab , will get him faster and stronger than ever,, and the high priced free agents,, Meachem and Royal.. lets hope they can earn that big pay, if not those poor picks and high pay will haunt the chargers for years unless the young players step up! I think they will..
Lastly, the NFL DRAFT is a fun time because we all are rooting for our teams, Every team starts from the beginning and we all hope and dream that "THIS IS THE YEAR!" that's what makes watching and following football so special.. Its this time of the year when you break out the drinks and chips and wear your favorite jersey and root for your team.. Lets hope all the NFL teams get what they want or need and lets enjoy draft day and preseason football ,, just around the corner..
But most of all enjoy spending time with family and friends that have their favorite teams.
I'm rooting for the SAN DIEGO CHARGERS, OAKLAND RAIDERS, SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS, JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS, WASHING REDSKINS, HOUSTON TEXANS AND ARIZONA CARDINALS , GREEN BAY PACKERS,, because I have family and friends rooting for these teams,, and besides,, WATCHING FOOTBALL IS SO FUN,, especially with family screaming at the top of their lungs. while others look at us and say what a bunch a fools,.. yes.. we are,, WE ARE FANS FOR LIFE AND WE LOVE OUR NFL FOOTBALL!! THE NFL DRAFT IS COMING ... ARE YOU READY!?!?!?
