3) USE COUPON AND REBATES.. 
4) PLAN YOUR SHOPPING DAYS . DON'T MAKE RANDOM SHOP TRIPS..-
5) CUT DOWN ON WATERING LAWNS.. USE FERTILIZER'S AND WATER SAVING PLANTS!!
6) CAR MAINTENANCE , INCREASES GAS MILEAGE AND ELIMINATES WASTED ENGINE WEAR.
7) DON'T BUY THINGS YOU WANT.. these are tough times, buy what you need, I know one gun is not enough , or one jersey is not enough,, or one car.. But having discipline in buying things can set the tome for savings.
8) Always look for deals whethers its car Insurance, Life Insurance,. etc.. Look for whats the best deal for your needs. 
9) Look for bargains always and always save your pennies,, any kind of savings every day will play off in the end.. 
10) Lastly , when you develop or save enough money open CD s in banks or use money for long term investment's like Life Insurance with cash accumulation benefits or the use of annuities for tax breaks and bonus payments for rollovers of your IRa's OR tsp's OR OTHER ACCOUNTS.. The time is to save money and get the best rate of return for your money. The key is save now , because the longer you wait , the harder it is for you to get the money plan you always wanted.
