BE A LEADER- INSPIRED BY FELLOW BLOGGERS , FACEBOOKERS,,

    Be a leader! As a long time blogger and face booker, I feel is my ethical reasoning to be a leader? What does that mean?
 Simple. Tell the truth, talk about experiences you have actually experienced and don't incite riots or negative reactions.. How do you do that? By not name calling people, but not irritating people with comments, I mean , we all have comments and ideas and such.. But always remember its all opinion and views because we all grew up different under all kinds of economic and social back grounds. Some grew up in the suburbs and don't have a clue about oppression , or racial profiling or police brutality. While others grew up in the woods or country and had a different way of life and thinking. That's why if anything we need to be respectful of each others views and ideas, What we do in the Filipino culture may cause other people to become nauseated , like chicken fighting or dog fighting , in many cultures its their form of entertainment.. While others find combat sports with humans as barbaric,, Its a matter of culture.. In AMERICA.. dogs are supposed to be mans best friend,, in other cultures,, it can be dinner. Whose to say that's right or wrong? , if you need to eat and that's what you have I bet your gonna eat.. In other cultures eating pork or pig products as gross, or horse meat , snake meat , cat etc.. Its a matter of culture and taste.. Whose to say who has the right to dictate ones menu,, if you don't like to eat that stuff,, then don't,, its the same with the media hype on any issue..
  Like Adrian Peterson.. regardless of how you feel about what he did,, we should respect his right to privacy and getting his life back on track.. If it were me,, I would be more concerned about regaining the trust and love for his child. It wont be a easy road.. We all know kids are impressionable and often times they recall the bad memories more than the good ones.. I know based on my own experience I recall breaking my hand and shoulder , like it was yesterday , because it changed my look on life and sports. When your young,, your hot , and temperamental, and we take things too personal,, that's why kids fight so much as youths.. If anyone remembers the hormones, the emotion's of being young was and is the toughest time in any ones life.. As much as I loved those days,, I hated the emotional roller coaster and hormones that seem to soar and boom like a wild ride on a river.. Its just human nature,,, your young , your dumb and your full of fun.. 
 But as a adult now, with kids growing up and having served over 2o years in the military , i feel i have a ethical level of responsibility to speak out and teach and advise kids and adults about life experiences. As a responsible adult , I want my blogs to be read for entertainment , but also a advise column , a reminder , a different perspective on life.. In the end.. I want people to respect one another and don't be afraid to speak out , as long its has credibility, as long their is a lesson, or a ethical insight into life. We all know what we ideally want , is often tarnished by real life. In life we meet good people in all cultures and we meet jerks that are such a turn off, But we all must be true to oneself.. if people have different views than ours, that doesnt make them less of a person.. We all have views based on upbringing , situations, or life incidents that shaped our thinking. Some of us learn from them and others let those experiences bad or good influence their lives forever. For me, I was treated unfairly as a youth and even when I joined the navy, I was faced with racism and such , but it made me stronger , and it made me a strong judge of character, I know you cant change people with your fist,, you change people by being a true human , by having compassion for fellow men and women and helping those in need, I always like to help people , if they ask.. because if they didn't need help why would they ask,, and for many people , just asking for help is a job in itself,, that's why I don't hesitate helping people,, and its the ethical and right thing to do.. I know I have a battery charger and I have helped people in need. Its a great feeling, I don't do it for money or ego boosting,, I do it for karma, and hoping that others will help me in need. The Media often times likes to paint a negative view on life and people,, I'm different , I know their is evil and bad out there,, I have lived it and I have survived it, but I also know that helping people should be a human need that keeps us above wild animals.. Alot of people seem to forget that. Don't create hate for people, create happiness, I feel a true leader is someone that teaches and inspires people to rise above poverty, rise above racism rise above limitation's. because bottom line,, In life,, those that work hard and teach their kids to be productive citizen's are the ones that succeed in life,, There is a fine line between being a winner and loser in life,, Its easier to quit , than to work hard,, and those that have that mental outlook to study hard , to have faith in God and respect people are the ones that will have a happy life,, For me., life means more than collecting material things , or having financial stability, important of course , but it should not be the end all,, To me,, how family think about you and how you feel about yourself is what matters most.. Because others in your life ,.. just were there for while,, my shipmates, my classmate's, my friends,, etc. had a purpose to get you through life. But in the end, ts how your family thought of you and I know My family loves me so much because I truly want the best for all of them.. whether its dancing, sports, muscle car reading , running etc.. As long as they are doing and sharing things they love,, I'm a big cheer leader when it comes sharing family events, having a baby, baby pictures, kids doing well in sports events, educational pursuits..etc.. In life those moments are fleeting and fast.. I know that now,, because I lived it, watched my older kid play sports , and it was so fun to see him be his best and for me,, as parents , as lovers as students of life,. We all should encourage everyone to do your best and see what your skills will take you.. Anyone that is a caring and sharing person wants to see their family or friends do well ,, its what a secure person wants. 
 Bottom line; Be a responsible blogger and face booker,, be real and be true to oneself,, If your a goof ball ,embrace that , but also remember people these days like to stereotype others and if that's the image you want,,than be open to all comments , good or bad.. As for my fellow bloggers,, I have no right or control on what you blog about.. I mean, who am I'm just saying,, be responsible about what you share,, if your sharing things to incite or create hate,, than that's on you but if your explaining or sharing a view point or perspective so others can understand, than great on you.. For me, I like to create awareness and in these unstable times,. Creating awareness or exposing issues to people that haven't felt those issues, than you are a responsible blogger. For me,, I want people to think about issues, and research about issues before making conclusions,, The media , the face book postings and even the bloggers are just a small example of information everyone has access to. My point is this, be a leader of peace and harmony and create awareness for your point of view.. Either by posting your comments in face book , twitter or what, But be responsible and think about your words of action,, because a true leader is a solution maker , not a trouble maker. A TRUE LEADER , makes changes as needed and evolves with the times. A true leader takes accountability for their actions and words and stands by them.. A true leader is hard to find,, because many of us fail to be followers,, to be a great leader you must be able to follow rules, laws, regulations and behaviours,, if you cant do that , how can any of us be true leaders,, be a part of the solution!!
