How to create a secure password that you can remember in 5 easy steps.. 

1) Don't use personal information!
2) Don't use real words!
3) Mix character's and type ; example upper case , lower case , numbers and symbols,  Ilmmc@04
4) Use a pass phrase! Examples;; Songs, Movies , books .. Example " You want the truth you cant handle the truth?"  take first letters from each phrase Ywttycht!? 
5)Use tools like Microsoft management tools that saves complex passwords, and always change your password frequently,, every 90 days or less works for me.. 

By using these tips, you can operate on face book, email , or whatever social media you like to seek out,, Juts remember their are predators, trolls, and opportunist that are looking to steal, hack and retain info that can used to steal ones identity or worse.. Be safe out there, the threats are real, and the world we live in has the dirty dark side we all like to imagine doesn't exist.. Remember Crooks, are not prejudice they are a equal opportunity destroyer, rich, poor, sick old, smart , educated, if they can get something out of you for their own gain,, they will do it without a second thought of your inconvenience or loss..
