SAINTS VS CHARGERS WEEK 4 2016 GAME DAY EXPERIENCE,,
  My game day experience started bad, woke up late with my son, we rushed to eat breakfast at Carls Jr, then got clogged or trapped on the I-15 south because of a fatal car accident , someone decided hitting a bright red fire truck would be good. not.. But anyways, I'm sorry for the families lost , we all have to be careful on the roads, the life you save may be yours.. but anyways.. I decided illegally to drive onto the shoulder on the right side with black beauty , a truck and motorcycles follow suit , until the the traffic break where I jumped back into the freeway and speeded off to the Q.. I got there at 1100 but didn't park until 1230.. why.. I tried to park in a crowded parking lot.. finally I decided to follow the crowd and parked.. I was hot , bothered and pissed off.. my son was cool but I set a bad vibe..
  Then we find our seats only moments later a young girl starts throwing up behind me...gross it smelled bad.. but the staduim crew cleaned it up. But is was bad start to a pretty good game.. The game went on.. surrounded by saints fans wearing brees jerseys,, they yelled and screamed.. until the 31-21 lead late in the game brees throws his second pick,,,, but right at that moment in my section ,, a fight breaks out and a guy and girls wearing Rivers jerseys are escorted , arrested by police.. but.. back to the game.. But what transpired after that was horrific.. in a span of 6-7 minutes , 34-21.. turned into 35-34..and game over? My experience went from bad to great to horrific..how does a team start out so well only to fade at the end.. ? I have been at tough charger games and losses , but that one hurt because it was drew brees the quarterback we got rid of 11 years ago.. the guy who went on to win a SUPERBOWL WITH THE AINTS.. and to some back and win a game in the most improbable ways.. yes 2 fumbles in  a six minute span was the only way they could come back to win.. But it happened and I was there and it hurt horribly, walking back to my car and finally get into my car was the longest walk ever. I spoke a very pretty older female fan who said to me..Can you believe what happened? I said unreal, no words can explain the feeling other than, numb,, dumb, frustrated , disgusted? bewildered.. I mean this team teases us for many years.. But bottom line .. this is not a good team.. after 4 games.. its clear they cant finish games even with big leads,, they have poor ball security under crucial moments and when they do get turnovers in the red zone they settle for field goals than touch downs,, in those close games the bolts lost, the opponents scored tds,, and that was enough in the NFL.. its truly a game of inches,, close is not good enough. Like Jon Gruden says on any broadcast , good teams don't blow leads and don't turnover the ball in crucial moments or commit bone Head penalties that extend drives.. stats don't lie.. This year teams in the NFL when leading by 13 or more in the fourth quarter are a amazing 25-0 .. the bolts are a alarming 1-3?? So ,, what gives.. Whose to blame the coaches? Was is the coaches the fumbled late in the game , or commit penalties to extend drives.. or go 3 and out with Philip Rivers as qb? We as fans have to say the players need to held accountable.. They the offensive line can barely finish a game ? The culture at Charger park is not Good , blame the coaches , ok, blame the GM for hiring players that get hurt or hold out?? Blame the owner for firing a 14-2 coach and extending a 4-12 coach and 1-3 this year that makes the chargers 5-15 in that span? Yes this is a bad team.. Rivers is the reason the chargers even have a shot at these games,, because with out him the chargers would probably have the same record , but have no chance of winning the other games.. I see the sad faces in parking lots and the look of frustration , but guess what? I cant wait for the raiders this sunday followed by the broncos , ans then the falcons etc.. Its a addiction folks. we are fans.. Fanatics.. we cant help it,, so the Chargers are starting another quarter of football. Its time to fight the raiders and the rest of AFC WEST .. based on the past four weeks of football.. Its a toss up year.. I mean the eagles , vikings are undefeated ? or the rams being 3-1 with a lousy offense. Its hard to see wasted chances to win, but every week is a new lifetime a new week to watch the chargers and when November comes around San Diegans vote with your mind and not your hearts. The stadium is an investment to the community and you. I know ,, hey if we are going to games to watch our beloved chargers ,, why not enjoy a great venue with great amenities,, while we suffer through more frustrating games.. watching rivers and gates set and break records or watching the young studs like Gordon , Benjamin , Verret,, and others ,, play their hearts out. Its what fans do, we bitch, we curse , we yell and we cheer .. no matter what.because its something we look forward to every year , every season, every week. Its something to talk about , laugh , cheer , jeer and analyze, because we all think we can do better ,,haha.. But for now.. Its Raider week. and lets cheer the home team and hope they find the answers, because this raider team is on the rise and has a great future.. Changing of the guard..maybe , but the chargers will give it their best as long as Rivers gets help on the line and get his play makers back.Allen, woodhead, oliver.. . The guys now need to step up .. because we still have 3 quarters of football left or 12 games.. and we will find out the character of this team.. Is this young talented team just going through the motions, but a up and coming team that will fight and not have another losing season? Only time will tell and it starts next sunday at the Black hole.. lets bury these demons haunting this team .....in Oakland.. and make a solid run for this season and that crucial November Vote  Yes on Measure C.. its a good measure for the the community and the fans who deserve better. Hey if we are ging to attend games might as well have a great place to see it in.. ?!! Am I right..? NFL does stand not for long.. The chargers are quietly rebuilding.. the team.. its gonna take time to be good again... look at the raiders they finally got it right.. ?! Have a great week and cheer on the local team.. no matter what,, its what a true fan does!!!
