Perception is reality.. inspired by life ...

Perception is reality...Inspired by my facebook friends.. 
 Ok,, we all know that how people perceive us, lives longer than what reality is? Am i right, for example , if your good with computers -- your labeled or stereotyped into "geek" , but reality sometimes shows that just because you are a geek , that doesn't mean you cant party or dress cool. But perception is so strong in today's world.. People cant help it,. they love to stereotype.. You dress a certain way,, then your considered that stereotype.. Hey he dressed like a surfer, or she dresses like a ho.. regardless if you even do those activities.. For me,. I dress whatever makes me comfortable. some say its laid back , hip hop style , others call it sloppy ,, others may call it gangster. .. too black.. to ethnic,, whatever.. perception is a killer , once you are labeled ,, its a tough to shake it.. Like first impressions. I know and you all know it should mean alot,. But we all do it. If someone we meet, just rubs us the wrong way, wam boom bam.. that guy or gal,, is not cool,. no matter how cool or friendly that person is , from that day on,. because of that first impression.,. your impression or perception of that person is ingrained in your head..Thats why they teach you , first impression , is important , for job interviews, first dates,, try outs.. etc... That first whatever is your audition,, and alot of us. dont do well , because lets face it. we arte human ,. they are good days and some bad days, and depending how someone meets you ,,that will define who you are to them.. perception is so hard to shake.. But then again.. peception is what gets you where your supposed to be. For me,, I'm a moody guy , who is laid back and at times , may send off a childish , playful attitude.. not good if your a supervisor or leader ,, People or the establishment doesnt trust you , dont like you and often times mistreats you because you dont follow the company line.. Then when you get pissed off they dont get it.. Once again perception rules over reality. In todays world.. what people percieve you , out ranks what your friends or loved ones see you ,, or even out scores what you think of yourself.. Lesson.. Be careful how you act , or talk , and what you post on any media.. people read things and often times , take it as reality, as real , as the way you feel.. Even though , every moment is different how i feel or write about something now can change tomorrow,, but once that impression or written word is down.. It's there forever.. !! But for me.. I don't care what people think of me. or if i say or do offends., I'm, human we all have feelings and the faster people realize , that humans need to be human and communications , of all venues,, anger , happiness , sadness , all gives us the feelings of life.. I like to live life and not be afraid.. trying to please others , doesn't always work.. Be yourself, and take things as they are and also realize,, life , like our feelings are often misunderstood and uncontrollable.. Perception is reality and vice versa.. Learn to accept it.. or not?
