Manic Monday . Mar 2014..My way to Cope.................
Manic Monday,, everyone is racing to work , school, appts , life. We all feel the rush of Monday's. Did you know that most heart attacks happen on Monday? Maybe because we are all racing all over the place to get the week started. But there are better ways to start the week off on a good start!
1) Plan your weekly schedule - things to do list .
2)Plan your daily work list - work and personal.
3) Make best use of time.. in other words. Consolidate shopping.. in one run.. Or make one day the shopping day an get it done.. Make a list of what you need and not what you want,, Stick tot he list..
4) Just take a breathe in the middle of the day to relax.. we all know all of us our stressed over everything, life, money , death? But stay focused!!
5) Save your money.. Make it a habit ,, like don't spend needless money on splurge items and always look for discounts and ask, if theirs specials, or Military discounts. Money saved is always good an a good thing for your well being. Its funny when you feel like you made a deal , or what you always feel good, which also helps your well being..
6) Find time to exercise. whether its stretching , or walking at lunch break.. Every little exercise in our busy lives is always a good thing. Plus you get to smell the roses and see the beautiful skies of the world we live in. whether its SoCal, or The Netherlands . Japan, Its a wonderful world out there , don't let it pass you by.
7) Don't worry be happy? Its simple but alot of people , worry about things they cant control. Don't do it.. if your having anxiety about life,, than your not really living. The true key to life , is to do what makes you happy and to be proud of what you do.. Those are things alot of people .. are unable to do in their lives. Happiness begets happiness , like success breed success. Nothing in life just happens. You are the master of your happiness or sadness. I choose the be positive and happy.. When you do those things,, its contagious. People want to be around happy people,, so why not be one!!!
These are my lucky 7 tips for Monday. Use them , utilize them and make it happen. It will change your life and you will become a better organized and focused person that has direction in life. Don't let life pass you by.. Be active , be proactive, be a liver of life and not an observer, Don't let life pass you by..
