WHY ME? inspired from co workers...

WHY ME?
    I've been working for a long time, customer service, security , etc. One thing is common.. ?? Yes, complainers , whiners , in other words losers. I mean its one thing to be upset about policies or rules , but to complain about work itself.. Is idiotic. Why complain , when you damn well know the job needs to be done. But people just don't get it. Then when I lower the boom, yell or write people up suddenly I'm the bad guy. Well guys, it's me or you and 100% of the time I'm looking out for me .. So deal with it. But it has never changed it seems every job or place Ive been theirs haters.. People who just love to hate or complain.. Then No matter what you do they just don't like you.. I mean for a long time I tried to be friends with my co workers , it has worked the majority of the time , but I also have had my ordeals with people questioning my authority or decision making. one thing I learned once you make that decision , stick to it.. right or wrong people will respect consistency over wishy washy decision making. I know I've made mistakes in judgment but that's life , we live and learn and go on. My only wish is why cant these dumb asses get the point , the idea , the game plan. To be honest I rather work with a hand full of great workers than a large amount of people with to many whiners.. It just makes work place a miserable and tiring experience. Then again Why me? It seems throughout my career I had the opportunity to deal with misfits and out casts that are sent to me for correction or most of the time baby sitting. Yea, isn't that a shame grown men and women need to be reminded about the basic daily takings. But it happens daily .. and to be honest I'm tired of it. But what can I do quit.. I cant and I wont , but I just wish today's youth would get the idea of whats expected of them. Whose to blame ? Me.. Maybe , but I say its the way they grew up or didn't grow up . Parents , friends , teachers play a big part on how a person develops , and the many youths I deal with I see a large disconnect and false reality about life. Life my friends is no joke and the more you prolong growing up and realizing time waits on no one , the better today's youth will be able to handle life's struggles and journeys// Once upon a time I dreamed about being a Movie Star and auditioned for TV commercial , but I realized quickly that they're alot of good looking , talented people out there willing to do anything to be that star.. I knew I didn't have the spark , sure I had the dream , more like a fantasy,, But I quickly , came to my senses and became a good father and husband and friend who loves to share his life and experiences for all to learn..Why Me ?
