My Beauty Secrets- inspired by Johndee..
 I was at the Family Annual gathering at Casa Braunagel .. and one of my favorite relatives,, who is loud and proud like me,,.asked me.. How did you get such long and thick hair at your age? I smiled and said humbly.. Good genes.. perhaps But I also used Mane and Tame..which is a Horses Shampoo Product.. Its sold at Horse stables around San Diego... but I found some at Von's In lake Elsinore,, and of course I didn't hesitate to buy and use,, I also do a magic trick ,, so to speak.. where I condition my hair first,. yes,. not shampoo.. Shampooing,. actually dries out and damages your hair and the follicles.. so instead of doing that I conditioned my hair first.. let it soak, then rinse.. shampoo.. then conditioned hair again.. I don't use hair dryers unless I'm really in a hurry , but I'm retired,, so I don't use it.. Why? Because it dries up the hair and damages it .. so if you can don't use hair dryers. and if you must ,, use the cool air function and keep it moving along your hair.. Now... Hair spray and gels clogged up the follicles.. // if you must use sparingly and after a long day.. wash it out... let it set in at night .. yes..damages your hair.. I like to use oils.. and I use it sparingly.. 
 Now for my skin.. moisturizers, creams , lotions. and drink water.. nothing keeps your complexion and skin feel better than being hydrated... I drink tons of water. well I workout alot, but drinking water is good for the skin, kidneys. and it also curbs your appetite.. which when you get older,, Just thinking about Junk food makes me gain weight.. haha, But for reals These Little tips have help me retain a younger and stronger body.. I feel reborn since retiring.. I know I have more time to pamper myself.. Oh yea.. I also soak my feet with relaxing salts.. and moisturize , moisturize.. I also shave daily.. and I wash my face daily many times.. Its all the dirt , smog.. and sweat during the day that messes up our skins.. so wash , wash ,. wash.. and moisturize, moisturize.. simple.. enough. oh yea.. One more thing.. I drink Green tea and take all the essential vitamins. and I love drink juices rich in vitamins... Its seems simple enough and it is.. But you have to make an effort to do these things on a daly basis.. Beauty , like Muscle.. Takes daily training.. I work out every day and I stretch my body like a Yoga Guru.... It keeps me strong and limber.. Strength comes from flexibility , not size.. So stretch , stretch.... stretch.. and of course hydrate , hydrate , hydrate. and oh yea.. Get plenty of rest and sleep and avoid stress and take time to meditate and relax your mind.. Listening to music, reading and writing or listening to music is nice.. BUT QUIET TIME.. like sitting in a room. and just breathing and feeling your lungs and body.. Get in tune with one self.. When the weather is good. Most of the time In so cal. I go into my zen like , Palm Tree back yard , with a water fall fountain and I just sit there relaxing , listening to the water fall for a few minutes or more..

1) Conditioner - It creates a barrier from drying out hair.
2) Shampoo
3) Conditioner again..
4) Towel dry.. not hair dry.. if you need too. Use sparingly and in cool setting..

SKIN CARE..
1) WASH
2) MOISTURIZE
3) CLEAN DAILY..
4) MOSITURIZE AT NIGHT..

MIND CARE..
1) MEDITATE DAILY- FIND A SPACE AND BREATHE SLOWLY..
2) READ , WRITE , LISTEN TO MUSIC -- TO RELAX..
3) EXERCISE AND STRETCH DAILY.. A HEALTHY BODY CREATES A HEALTHY MIND!!

LASTLY..
1) LAUGH..
2) WATCH COMEDIES.. AND CRACK JOKES.. IT CREATES GOOD BLOOD FLOW AND NATURAL HEALING ENZYMES..

OH.. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE , AND DON'T SMOKE.. BOTH CAN BE HAZARDOUS AND DEADLY TO YOUR HEALTH..
