My weight Control tips. by Mel Paras..
I know the holidays are here and How dare I to try to restrict what you eat? But that's the deal I want you to eat well and enjoy those goodies.. But in between you have to work out,, Out of all the gimmicks and diets I have tried.. Nothing works better than a routine work out schedule that includes at least 30 minutes of cardio.. -Walking , biking , jogging , dancing or what get out or get up and just do it.. Even watching tv.. I do sit ups or push ups on the breaks.. I know it seems silly but sometimes we need to make time to exercise.. I have the usual weights, punching bag , treadmill and sorts, But alot of the times I get great workouts in front of my big screen tv.. doing isometric exercises.. like pulling on a rope or having it looped around my foot and just pull and stretch.. Its good exercise and its controlled by how much tension you create..
Now,.. get off your butt and get started,,, you don't need long 3 hour workouts like I do,, a simple 30 minute a day stretching or what will be fine. IN addition drink tons of water,. it curbs your appetite and also clean you out.. It removes the toxins from fatty foods or processed foods.. Oh yea.. lay off or control your processed foods -= junk foods. Nothing puts on weight faster than fast food , junk foods and alcohol.. If you must ,, then like me.. I do the 3 hour workouts.. to maintain a firm and fit figure..
Is that good advice or reminders.. I feel we all need reminders now and then. I'm not inventing anything new,, Its all been said and done. The key is do it.
I hope my tips and reminders help you deal with Holiday eating.. and enjoy ,, But also keep in mind you need to work out to maintain weight control.. Its not just a plan.. But a way of life. I like to think a healthy body produces a healthy mind..
Now take care of yourself , because no one cares about you more than yourself and enjoy all the goodies,. But also remember.. Workout... 4 times a week or more.. to help maintain optimum weight control.. Enjoy your day until my next blog posting!!
