How I stay slim and sexy .. inspired by Melina .. my alter ego
Hi everyone
I just want to say thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to read my blogs ,
Now my tips ,,
First off , never skip a meal and never play catch up if you miss av meal ..Because whrn yiiu do that you are adding calorie intake into your system and that’s the whole fight against weight gain , the. Body if consistently fed will not store fat ,, yes store fat , when you miss meals or play catch up the body as a defense mechanism will store fat to make up for the missing calories .. it’s a proven fact I know I used to do those yo yo diets , yes you May lose weight initially but when you return to normal regular eating patterns your going. To put on that weight .. thus the yo yo weight roller coaster ..effect takes affect .,
Next , avoid fatty foods , fried foods , fast foods anything that taste good probably has yin’s of fatty substances I know but they taste eBen shallow great . Well that’s why I have one cheat day the day where I eat
Anything and everything I love .. usually my day off or weekend .. In other words in order to
Stay slim and sexy you only enjoy your favorite foods one or two days week ..it’s what I do I know it sounds painful but that’s what I do to look like 35 .. When you weigh like you did back in the day , that makes you look younger .. it’s a tough choice but it’s a life long discipline I keep because my Ego is so big I won’t allow my body to look like other men my age ..yes kinda girl like mentality maybe even shallow minded .. so be it live always has the mindset to never get fat and look good even when I’m old if I can work out I will !
My other tip keep hydrated drunk lots of water , meals , in between means morning noon and night drink water I drink 8 glasses of water or 3 bottled waters a day .. it seems like a lot but I work out do I drunk one right before a work out one during the workout and another one soon after ..then the rest of the day I’m drinking water ,, or tea or coffee which has water and also acts as diet supplements because they dehydrate you a bit .. plus water cleans out your body and remove toxins that assist in weight gain .. At all cost avoid sodas , the saying soda belly is so true , or weight on the sides of the
Belly comes from excessive soda drinking and alcohol does that
Too , fat accumulates on our sides ..
Lastly you have to exercise exercise exercise , I work out daily and aerobics is kind I work out my heart on a daily basis ..I also work out when I watch tv I have barbells
That I life on commercial breaks or stretch out .. after a few hours of tv watching I also get in a workout , plus your burning calories ..Whrn I watch sports instead of chips and beer I reach for popcorn and or energy drink ., less calories then the fatty foods and beer ..

They know it works because I consider myself in great condition for my
Age and like most women my age is just a number .. right girls ?
Well everyone here my tips on lookinged seat Extyoung and sexy and it’s possible it just takes a mindset and that desire to stay slim and sexy but bear in mind I have a small frame as it is I think I was built like my mom who passed away many years ago .. In high school I weighed as low as 96
Pounds to 140 pounds but hovered around 120 Pounds . So maybe I have an unfair advantage us I have been working out since grade school and my Navy days so I have been brainwashed into thinking working out is a part of my lifestyle which it is ., I also
Like working out because it releases those great chemicals that enhances happiness and energy .. so if there’s anything to gain from my tips is that you have to make this a life style change ..So girls and guys good luck on your journey on weight control this has worked for me maybe it can for you I mean you can tweak it out to your needs ..So my alter ego likes to look slim and sexy like how some girls feel and I do this because it makes me feel better about myself and provides me happiness , Whatever you do be healthy ..
