New Years Resolutions 2013.. Inspired by you!!

New Years resolutions 2013!!! Inspired by you.. 
 Happy New Year to Everyone, I know alot of you had your Holiday Cheers , so more than others.. Now, its time to get and go.. Get back to Reality...
 We all like to make resolutions and we all break them or forget about them.. so the key this year? Don't Make any.. or better yet.. Don't make as many... That way you wont feel like a big loser.. haha.
 But for Reals. tips
1) Make resolutions that are Realistic... if you never lost 30 lbs in your lifetime.. Don't expect to do it in one calendar year.. and also.. Make a logbook. and measure your weight and sizes of waist and chest or arms.. As we get older.. Weight fluates and is not a good indicator for proper weight control.. So use measurements.. and whatever you do.. Stick to it.. Start slow.. 15 minutes a day,, 30,, etc.. Me.. I workout for hours.. Stamina.. I do have.. Definition.. still working on that. But the key is stamina.. Keep it up so Next year you can have that New You.. that you deserve..
2) establish specific plans and goals and have set points and such. for example. Save Money.. too general.. Save money like. your lose change is kept in bottle.. when its full take to Walmart for money dollar bill conversion and use that money to take to bank.,.and make a deposit.. or take your recycling money from bottles, cans, plastics. and use that income for savings account.. Instead of junk food or other frivolous stuff.. U Must make a plan.. and.. above all stick to it.. 
3) Balance.. No, not your checking account , but life in general. Make time for everything,,, exercising, reading , writing , mediating , spiritual awareness,, eating, drinking.. balance , balance is the key.. Don't solely be stuck on one area of your life.... 
4) Take care of one self.. the little things like shaving daily,. moisturizing skins.. staying out of the sun, using sun block. and such,... In other words Pamper yourself.. We often , me too. Get too caught up in the hustle of bustle of the SO CAL fast pace life.. Slow down. and take care of oneself.. Soak your feet after a long day at work.. Use those back massagers or such. Learn to unwind after a long day at work.. Shower, bathe.. etc.. if you go workout after work.. Have a plan.. Make the time useful .. Me.. Gym time is my time. and I use it for such.. I don't need to flirt or socialize with people.. I go there for one sole purpose,,, work out.. But for you single folks.. I know.. But make sure you do want you wanted to do in the first place.. ha.... whatever that is...
5) Finally this year Be happy and learn to laugh.. Watch comedies.. have a positive spin on life.. If people upset you,.. let it go.. Most likely those dum shits that cut you off in traffic or take that parking spot before you.. because they are quicker than you.. Let it go.. Life is too short to have grudges or be upset about things.. But I know to each it own..
Well I know I didn't make any resolutions because I don't want to break any.. And besides. I already lost the fat weight , I wanted.. I'm working towards definition's and toning and of course stamina.. I world out the heart more than any other muscle.. I also want to read more.. and Be more closer to my kids this year.. One of them is off to College and the other starts middle school.. Geez. Time flies.. But I will make sure I enjoy this year and savor every moment I have with them,, because we a=know.. everything changes.. season changes.. nothing stays the same.. That's why.. Live for day because tomorrow may not come.. Today is a Gift.. That's why they call the Present!!! Enjoy and Be happy..
