BLACK BEAUTY ..BACK IN BLACK . INSPIRED BY LIFE EVENTS,,
          Well Hi everyone. I have been doing alot of driving the coast of San Diego to Los Angeles.. especially gas prices at at historical lows.. I/m taking advantage,, before it gets rediculous/// Whats ridiculous it buying a super power high perfomance muscle car that gets single digits in gas mileage.. Yes. when I put it in sports mode and Accelerate I can get 9 miles to the gallon. Yes its fun going 120 within seconds. But as fast as that speedometer goes the gas needle moves just as fast.. The price you pay for fun car to driver. I know its not practical, reasonable.. But I'm a retired Navy Veteran that served under The Persian Gulf war 2 and all the other conflicts and operations we were sent to. I saw alot of horrible things and ,lost many sailors and marines along the way.. Just a thought.. It still haunts me I lost those guys.. because No one wants to die.. But its just the price we pay for freedom.. Thats why I get sensitive when jerks dont respect the American Flag.. its one thing if your from another country but if your a true American.. You honor that flag.. You dont dis it like some athletes have done.. But guess what Karma is a bitch then you die.. I have no ill will to protesting , its the American right but dont use the flag to make a statement. Thats why many of us , imcluding myself are turned off by the NFL. .. thirst for ratings, and money.. ok enough of that..
    Back to Black beauty, she loves to go fast.. Sometimes. I can get up to 140 on the freeways especilly now with no one on the roads. Its fun until you get pulled over numerous times like me.. I paid one ticket it was 500.00 yikes, ,,, Have i learned,. no.. Speed is addicting , just like eating or drinking for some people,.. Its a rush to the brain., its a chemical dependency.. kina like gambling.. which I do too. well sports betting , I figure you have a 50/50 chance of winning compared to playing slots or card games.. But its an addition.. Black beauty is a heavy huge car with wide rearend and narrow front side with beefy hood and thick tires. Its fun to look at and a blast to drive.. But its an addition. Let me tell you each time I get into that car I feel like a Rcok star.. a Movie star.. Its a big wide black car that draws attention. But like the owner.. I enjoy the attention and it builds up my ego. Lets just say , my best friend joe . Your ego is so big that if you could you would marry yourself,. Because you love yourself so much .. Haha..Its funny how a long time friend calls it like it is.. But back to Black beauty.. I get so many compliments guys and gals.. in fact my female co worker.. Keeps bugging me about driving it.. Dream on girl,!! I barely let my wife drive it. I recall that day.. Boy she was so scared to crash it . She drove it like an old lady.. Haha.. Like my best friend joe.. he drove it and he looked scared.. Not like the J and J brothers in laws ,, In San Diego.. Older J.. call him Bud.. to this day scared the hell out of me at Otay Lakes road.. Geez,, I dont think I ever took the car that fast.. well. ok. But as a passenger..its scary to be zooming by at 140 plus and making Fast and Furious moves in Chula Vista.. Jesus.. I'm getting the chills just thinking about that day.. Thats when I realize Bud is a maniac , I mean it wasnt reckless he had control of the vehicle but he made moves I wouldnt do with another person in the car.. BUt he's fearless. Haha. But he taught me how to drive fast and use my paddle shifters as well as how to attack curves at high speeds..It saved me a few times making those sharp  turns on some of the San Diego off ramps.. 
  ok.. the latest and greatest from Black Beauty I just had new brakes and tires put on her today and tommorow a new windshield yes.. some how my windshield cracked in 2 different places . Can speed do that? I have never seen anything like that.. But we do have alot of semi trucks in the so cal , riverside area.. I have lots of rock chips on the glass and my hood. Its ugly , especailly a black car.. Thats the thing I hate about Black beauty.. it has lots of rock chips on the hood. But what can I do,, I drive the roads and guys and gals. Its my daily driver.. I'm spoiled I love the power and speed of the car. When I drive a regular car. I feel unsatisfied.. sounds like some women I know..haha. thats another blog .. maybe.. ? But for reals I like the comfort , the power and the feelimg Im King of the Road when I drive her around town.. I know I'm a middle age man that actss like his 30's,, shame on me for trying to extend my youth.. I know I should be driving a Mercedez , or Beamer , Cadillac ,, but I'm a rebel. I'm a young dude at heart.. Ask anyone that knows me.. I might ne middle age but I act like i could be in my thirties or forties. Its funny how your personality can affect how people treat you. When I want to look old I wear my glasses AND WEAR regular clothes. But when I want to be Fast and furious cast member. Muscle T shirt , ball cap.. and Tight jeans.. I look the part?!? Whatevber that means.. Maybe thats why I love black beauty , wait,, How can you love a piece of metal. But its true I pamperd that girl. Like all the womwn in my life,.I mean , my wife. haha.. but for reals.. The car has high performance, looks great and its comfortable and gives me pleasue upon demand. Just like wifey.. good answer... !! Fast cars, Fast food , Fast Women.. its the way I used to be.. ?1 now. I look at my muscle car as a extension of my personality.. I worked hard during my life and I deserve to have what I always wanted.. I always dreamed and loved the idea of owning a Muscle car.,, when Fast FIVE came out and Vin Diesel came rolling out with this big bad ass Black Dodge Challenger , at the end of the movie,, I was hooked.. I went to the Dodge Dealer in Temecula Ca.. and spent the day making the deal.. and  8 years later and 160,000 miles later .. I'm still in love with that car.. Just like wife. They are classics and stay true to their character . They are solid , and give me pleasure.. ok enough of that.. hehe.. well after the new windshield.. Black beauty will go to Dodge dealer on monday and repair the suspension.. yes.. its amazing how power and torque does to a car.. well anyways,, Thank God and wife that I purchased the lifetime warranty. It was 3000 up front but based on ll the repairs i have done . it paid itself off many times over.. Yea.. Its a expensive hobby . but like My gun collection.. I spend my money on things that can save my life and make money if need be. Like my guns. if i have to sell , thats money in the bank.. As for black beauty I get letters form the dealers offering to buy my car// Something about that year 2012 , was the year of the long and wider body style. If you look at todays chalenger they shorten the length and did make it wider , but my 2012 challenger has the long lean body with the wide rear end and mucular look.. Thus the muscle car ,, I know no one should have that much love for a car , but like I said the car is my babe.. Its my girl.. I take care of her because she gives me pleasure and joy everytime I take her out. Like a wife or girlfriend.. should do? Ok, I hope you enjoyed my rant about my car. I plan to tell my stories or retell the stories Black beauty gets me into, and I hope you enjoy the times we are going to have reliving the moments I have with Black Beauty..
